Such a shady business, running us around for months and even after they had wrung us dry for money they lied about the time for the probate period. Stating 4-6 weeks and recently telling us 6-9 months. Our mortgage will run out and we will no longer be able to afford the house

This was the first time I would be renting a property in UK. Not knowing my UK specific rights and responsibilities, was a big stress. DM&Co's structured process and professional approach gave me confidence and peace of mind during the journey. @Kate Freeman made difference, adding value to process with her personal approach; proactive, responsive, accessible, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you! Baris Sahin

Lettings Service - I've let 2 properties through the team. On both occasions the house was let very quickly after multiple candidates viewing. I was always informed of the process and advised what needed to be done to comply with regulations. Great communication, speedy responses and professional manner from all members of the team.

Being the first time as a landlord, Kate Freeman and her DM & Co. letting teams, in particular, Chiara Gemeli-Williams, gave me professional guidances and peace of mind during the whole renting process. Their sincere, proactive and responsive approach really impressed me to undoubtedly recommend their service to any landlords. (Bear in mind, it only took me less than 3 weeks from first contact with Kate's team until the tenant moved in the property.)

First time using DM&Co to let a property and it was great experience from start to finish. Gabrielle, Chiara & Laura and any one I spoke to was very positive and interested in helping with my queries. Organised the property to be decorated. Found new tenants very quickly and at a higher rent than before. Highly recommended.

With our two cats it's not easy for us to find a house at all. Some agents didnt even respond to our viewing request. Some may have asked for all kinds of personal information, but never got back to us at the end of the day. Been looking on the market for months with no luck, until finally DM&Co helped us find our dream house which we're living in. They genuinely listened and always responded quickly. They're like a breath of fresh air in the local market. Can't thank you enough Chiara!
