We recently sold our current home and purchased our new one through DM & Co. From the moment Peter came to carry out the evaluation we knew they were the right choice for us. Peter gave us an honest and fair evaluation, and there was no huge sales pitch or hard sale (a huge plus for us) unlike their other competitors. Over the course of time we spoke to many members of the team, Alex, Evie and Victoria to name a few, everyone of them were always happy to help, if we were promised a call back, it always happened, nothing was ever too much trouble. However, Ann has to have a special mention for us, as she assisted on both the sale and purchase, and she worked tirelessly to get everything completed in a timely manner. The purchase of our new property wasn't without its issues, but Ann never let us lose hope that it would happen. She couldn't do enough for us, and went above and beyond, always being one step ahead. We can't thank her enough, she was amazing, always friendly but still maintaining a level of professionalism. Thank you DM & Co. we can't recommend you enough, and if we ever do decide to move again, we know where we'll be coming.

Agent would not arrange even one viewing of a property because we were not SSTC nor cash buyers. They suggested we contact them once our property is sold...sure, we're going to sell our home before we even view a property which we might or might not like! Vendors aren't even being notified about potential buyers. What a joke!

We moved from one of the DM&CO property to another. I must say the customer sevice has been the best. Had interactions with various staff members, all of them were really exceptional. Chiara helped us in every aspect during our move, with prompt responses whenever needed. I must congratulate the management of DM&CO for keeping such great standards of customer care. Can't recommend enough. Keep it up 👏

Outstanding from the Solihull team to get my sale over the line and a pleasure to deal with. They worked hard to find the right buyer for the sale and helped with aligning everything my house buy purchase. Our house was on the market with another agent for several months without an offer. We approached Ann at DM&Co who took on the challenge and brought her fantastic energy. Our house sold shortly after and the rest of the sale process was smooth. Excellent service throughout.

After having an offer accepted, the agency continued taking offers from others without informing us that they would be doing so. I appreciate vendors want better offers, but why not be honest about it? Bearing in mind this was done after doing all their due diligence, having shared our personal and financial details. Truly disappointed in how they have managed this. This felt sneaky, dishonest and a total waste of time. When I addressed this directly to Russell, he completely ignored it and responded with nothing other than "We'll remove your details from the system". Utterly unprofessional, I wouldn't even look at properties through this agency again!

To Mashal, We are naturally very disappointed that your purchase of our Client’s property could not continue and very much regret not having another suitable property to offer you. Late on Saturday afternoon we had a request from a very well-known to us and established Investor to see the property. If they were to proceed, they robustly vouched to complete very quickly and there was no related sale, and their finances were completely in place already. As Agents we had to report this to our Client for instructions, who also asked as to our post Offer checks on your position, and we had to update our Client on your altered position. The Client was concerned about this and gave us permission to show the property again. We had never promised that the property would not be shown again. You had also not requested this. Normal policy is always to keep showing until a satisfactory Mortgage Offer is issued at least. The Investor saw the property, wished to purchase it, gave a slightly higher offer amount, and gave assurances that Completion would be within a month once more. We took instructions from the Client, a Personal Representative who had to consider what was in the best interests of the Estates various beneficiaries, who decided to accept this new offer for both more funds, and more importantly security that it would proceed urgently and in a straightforward manner. At the earliest opportunity on Monday, the horrible task of informing you by telephone was carried out. We are once more most sorry to not be able to help you in this property’s purchase. Just picked up our keys and we have had nothing but exceptional customer service, genuine care and support from these guys. After being rejected from multiple properties and letting agents outright refusing to consider us for properties due to one of us being self employed and the other having a poor credit file, the agents at DM&co, specifically Harvey and Kate, listened to what we needed and our situation in order to support us through the letting process. We picked up the keys to our new property today, a place we hope for a good few years to come. If you’re looking for an estate agent that care and have your best interests at heart, look no farther!
