I recently rented an apartment with DM & Co and had an outstanding experience. The entire process was smooth and efficient. DM & Co whilst not managing our tenancy, supported us at the start and end of our tenancy. Chiara and the lettings team have been brilliant - they’re always willing to offer support and guidance and answer any queries we had. We wish they had managed our tenancy as they were great to deal with. We’ve moved many times and never dealt with such a nice team.

We had a great experience whilst looking for a property. Evie showed us around our first viewing but was unsuccessful with the application due to many interested parties! Chiara kept our details on file and made sure to let us know of any properties that suited our budget and what we was looking for, very friendly and professional and made our move as easy as possible! Evie and Chiara made the very stressful experience of having to move house incredibly smooth and easy, from the viewing with Evie right through to getting the keys. They were flexible, understanding and went out of their way to enable me to bring forward the move in date as I needed due to my circumstances. Chiara even checked in on us long after we’d move to ensure we were happy. Thank you to both.

I have been really pleased with how D&M handled everything from start to finish. The marketing was spot on and brought in the right tenants quickly, but what stood out most was how smoothly the whole process was managed. From agreeing terms to move-in, everything just flowed without any stress or chasing on my side. The inventory was particularly thorough and well put together, which gave me real confidence that everything had been properly recorded and looked after from day one. Chiara, Steph, Evie and Gabrielle were all great to deal with, clear, responsive and on top of things throughout. What an absolute gem of a team! They made sure the finer details didn’t get missed and keeping everything on track behind the scenes. The account keeping is also superb with handsoff management. The communication is also fantastic, where the team also informed me back how satisfied and happy the tenants are in the house and neighbourhood, that says a lot. All in all, a very well-run process and a team I’d be happy to recommennd D&M for managing your property.

I recently rented a property from DM & Co Homes. They are very friendly and helpful. I was assisted by a few lovely members of staff. Chiara being the main one was absolutely amazing and supported me throughout the paperwork. Evie, Steph and Laura also very very supportive and kind. Solihull Sales team- AMAZING!! We purchased our new home through DM & CO’s Solihull team, and the experience from start to finish was really incredible. Ann Wood was our main point of contact- and she was simply amazing. So helpful, brilliant communication and always went above and beyond to help us throughout the process. We spent several months searching for a property and dealt with a number of different agents during that time. Throughout the process, Chiara, Evie, and the team at DM&Co. stood out as polite, highly organised, and exceptionally professional, well above their competitors. The rental process was handled quickly, efficiently, and with great care, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Steph, the property manager, has been incredibly responsive and proactive, and we feel confident that any issues would be addressed promptly and effectively. As tenants, it’s easy to feel secondary to the landlord’s needs, but that has absolutely not been our experience. We’ve felt valued and well looked after throughout. Highly recommended!
