GoogleThis review is from David Hall, using his wife’s Gmail a/c, as he doesn’t have a Gmail a/c of his own! DJ Alexander has just sold our daughter’s flat in Edinburgh. From start to finish the service received from Yasser, Leandra and the remainder of the team was exemplary. Yasser, in particular, made excellent suggestions on how the flat should be presented in preparation for marketing and throughout the sale process there were regular updates on progress. It was always possible to speak to someone at the company and there were prompt replies to queries. It was a real pleasure dealing with the staff who carried out their duties with confidence, professionalism, politeness and efficiency. There were a couple of occasions when the staff dealt with problems beyond the call of duty and I thank them for that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DJA to anyone wishing to sell a property.

GoogleStephen Lawson at DJA is absolutely brilliant. He supported me through the latter part of a my landlord responsibilities and the subsequent sale of my flat. He was so easy to deal with - incredibly knowledgable, always available and brought a human side to everything he did. If I needed an estate agent in Edinburgh again, I'd call Stephen first. Bravo!

GoogleI recently went for a flat viewing in Edinburgh with Elliot, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was punctual, friendly, and really knowledgeable about the property and the local area. Elliot took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. It’s clear he genuinely cares about finding the right place for his clients. GoogleI rented an apartment with DJ Alexander for two years and had an excellent experience. The staff were always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any issues or repairs during my tenancy were resolved very quickly, usually within just a few days. Special thanks to Jenny (I hope I got her name right), who handled a misunderstanding at the time of my move-out with great professionalism and empathy, even when I was quite emotional about the situation. Also thanks to Robbie, who promptly fixed a heating issue. I received my full deposit back without any problems, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m very grateful to the whole DJ Alexander team and wish the company continued success!

GoogleSelling my property through DJA with the help of Sarah and her team has been a very smooth and efficient experience. I was kept well informed regarding viewings and Sarah gave me good advice on any matters I raised with her. GoogleExcellent and very professional estate agency service provided by Yasser of DJ Alexander. Communication was very well handled between agency, conveyancing solicitors and me. Yasser also had to provide advice and guidance to a purchaser who was not familiar with the Scottish system which he handled with patience and professionalism. Very happy with the service.
