GoogleI sold my property with DJ Alexander in 5 days! It went on the market on Thursday, someone viewed on Saturday, offer in on Monday and accepted on Tuesday. Stephen lawson came over to my property prior to the deicision to sell. He walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and put me at complete ease from every angle. Stephen's personable and professional approach is what swayed me to choose DJ Alexander and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling their property to contact Stephen! GoogleWaste of time literally. Don’t bother your hole if you actually want to get moved. Downright rude and unprofessional. No contact from them at all more than 3 weeks after a viewing. Parasitic agents.

GoogleAvoid them like the plague. My only regret in leaving this review is that Google doesn’t allow fewer than one star. They were once a decent bunch back when they went by Tay Lettings. Then came DJ Alexander to what seems to be a social experiment in how low the bar can go. The Byres Road office, in particular, deserves special recognition for redefining the word hapless. Delays, radio silence and a level of incompetence that would almost be impressive if it weren’t so costly, as I ended up losing thousands of pounds thanks to their “management.” Consistency, however, is one of their strengths. Right to the bitter end, they stayed true to form sending an overcharged invoice, contradicted by their own contract, followed by complete silence when questioned and then, naturally, sent a revised invoice straight to the solicitors. Never change, old friend. To anyone considering using DJ Alexander: just put down the phone, take a few slow steps back and once you’re at a safe distance, run! Or if you hate sound management, effective communication and honesty, I’ll be happy to share my referral code.
