GoogleIt is the worst real estate I ever dealed with. No respect, deceptive , ignorant. .never believe them specially guy his name Chris ...be careful when you deal with them..however, the manager and his assistant are ok.

GoogleAbsolutely dreadful experience. Would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to have any business with this agency, unless you want to deal with highly unprofessional, rude, irresponsible people. Unfortunately, I sighned a contract with them and it turned in vicous circle I can't get out of. Don't even know how to express it clearly and faitly enough. Just don't choose this agency if you don' want your life to be turned into nightmare.

GoogleIn my opinion , DJ alexander offers outstanding service and willing to stand by customer , before and after sale . their services are very informative , punchual and thourgh . they kept in contact and always kept me up to date with the property . They are willing to get in touch with you using every means they have , either e-mail , msg , whatsapp , ... etc . providing advice when its needed . GoogleI called up DJ Alexander today (4th July 2014) to ask about the property market in Glasgow's city centre after doing some research of my own. I was put through to a guy called Chris - immediately when he picked up the phone I could tell he was in a bad mood. He was unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. This is unacceptable for an estate agent, as they must be helpful and kind. I have worked at an Estate Agent previously, and I would never speak to a potential client and customer like that. He was appallingly rude, and tried to get me off the phone by saying I think you need to do your own research. Well Chris, that was the reason I was calling you, so you could do your job! Terrible man, shocking he has a job in client services/sales! Pathetic!

GoogleInitially D J Alexander where nice to deal with until they got our money. Never answered emails with a couple of issues that we had. When we went in to the property the windows had not been cleaned in a very long time and also the were huge balls of dist under the beds. Our mistake was that we never emailed this to them. After our lease was up and they inspected the house they inspected the property and there was some dust under the stairs in the corner as well as under the fridge and we had forgotten to de - frost the freezer. When we left the property the house was extremely clean from top to bottom and a great deal cleaner than it was when we first moved in. DJ Alexander have billed us 92.00 cleaning bill for two little speckles of dust. They said that they do the same inspection before anyone moves in which is completely untrue. Please make sure when using D J Alexander you document every detail as it seems they are more than happy to keep as much from the deposit as they ca get away with. BE AWARE!

GoogleDJ Alexander are managing our rented flat on behalf of our landlord. Whatever issues we've had with the flat - from replacing appliances to major repairs - they have been very prompt and efficient in sorting them out. We have been very impressed with their service.

GoogleWe have had a very good experience using DJ Alexander who have let two of our properties quickly and efficiently. Any problems that have arisen have been sorted right away by getting straight to the appropriate person. Also while looking for a property as a buy to let, the advice given has proved to be correct and invaluable even though we didn't purchase through DJ Alexander. I would not hesitate to recommend them for property letting.

GoogleI've never had a problem with DJ Alexander, their signing process was quick and efficient, they were extremely flexible with the deposit on the property and everything was as expected. Any issues with the property have been dealt with promptly, their maintenance team and Rosie are a credit to the company. After reporting issues with aspects of the property contractors had been sent out to inspect the damage, had provided the landlord with quotes, and had arranged to come out and resolve the issues within a week!

GoogleI was looking to move to Edinburgh from Manchester and Daniel was one of the first and only person who offered to take time out of his weekend to help me view the property that I am currently in. He was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout every step of the process and I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending DJ Alexander's services to a friend.

GoogleTerrible experience as a tenant. I would not trust them to rent out my flat! There was no hot water for a week when I moved in as it took them that long to get someone out to the flat. The security entry system was broken and never fixed after 3 years of phoning and emailing. We had no lighting in the lounge for two years. Again, I emailed and phoned and got promises that it would be fixed but it never was. I reported that the water tank was in need of repair after an inspection from a plumber. After ignoring the plumbers recommendation of getting it fixed the tank burst causing damage to the flat and the flat below. I could go on...
