GoogleRip off ! In short if you are putting down a deposit forget about getting it back. Even after doing the inventory you will still be charged for everything wrong with the house/flat before you moved in, no matter how much you clean and scrub up afterwards you would be charged hundreds of pounds for cleaning and let's not forget hundreds of pounds for repainting! Avoid .

GoogleA complete shambles of an organisation. Took months to repair minor defects, 5 unsupervised visits for an inspection that should have taken 1 visit, repeatedly sent private emails to a random email address in cc - each time this was raised by us and apparently ignored. When we had enough and vacated, we were issued a ridiculous bill for a "team of cleaners" to wipe "dust" and 1 grease stain. We didn't mention these on our check in inventory so the decision stuck. Avoid!!
