GoogleApplied for a flat with DJ Alexander, specifically with Ellen. Viewed the place, filled out all our personal and financial details, and literally never heard from them again. Emailed, called, nothing. Obviously assumed they went with another tennant but I truly couldn't fathom that level of unprofessionalism to not inform people they can move onto other flats. Also the fake Google reviews are insane. just do better

GoogleIf you decide to rent from this disgrace of a letting agency, make sure you take incredibly detailed photos of everything in your flat upon moving in, especially if there are areas you needed to clean, or any visible dust. They do not perform deep cleans prior to you moving in but they WILL try to scam you out of your deposit over traces of dust despite you deep-cleaning the flat and leaving it in a far better condition than when you initially moved in!

GoogleYasser was such a friendly and helpful member of DJ Alexander. He made the whole process smooth and when my initial buyer pulled out, he was quick to sort out new viewings and I got a higher offer than the previous bid. Yasser has a lot of experience and was able to help me out with some issues which needed resolving before completing and this took a lot of stress out of selling the property.
