Unfortunately you cannot rate 0 stars. It is by far the worst company I ever rented from. They will try mugging you off for every little thing... It is my fault I didn't do my research before signing with them. Unprofessional at its best. I end up paying for things they were there all along. No reply to emails, no concerns being fixed, no professionalism at all. Please stay away from them. I even got charged for dusting even though I left the flat in immaculate conditions, my fiancee been an assistant head housekeeper for years. Long story short STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Rented a place for several years from this company in Aberdeen, had to move out as the owner wanted to move in, I then took another one of their places. Very good to deal with, very professional, would have no hesitation dealing with them again. Whole move was made very easy despite being at short notice, my fault. Any repairs were dealt with promptly, deposit returned no issue. Thanks to Gill and Paige for going out of their way to sort things out for me so quickly when at the time most other companies in the area could not even be bothered to organise viewings on apartments.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have dealt with several letting agencies in Aberdeen, and based on my experience, this is by far the best one. I am very pleased with the service from Stonehouse. The team is very professional (and Jackie in particular). Any issues were solved promptly and were easy to report. Full deposit was returned with no issue. The Team at Stonehouse Lettings, in particular Jackie, Gill and Paige, have been outstanding throughout my tenancy in Aberdeen! They are incredibly quick with responses, always friendly and understanding, and genuinely care about the tenants. It's really rare to find an agent that's genuinely empathic and caring for tenants - but these guys have showcased that in the exceptional service they've given me; Jackie especially helped me with securing the property - she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of space, location and budget, and was always very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. I trusted her to show me a place (which I hadnt actually seen online yet) that she felt was exactly what I wanted, and this was the property I ended up taking! They are such a friendly lovely bunch and a genuine pleasure to talk to - would highly recommend using Stonehouse and those 3 team members in particular. I am really happy to say that so far this was the best letting agency I have rented with! I don't know what other people have experienced with Stonehouse that they wrote such low reviews but I can personally say that we are really happy with them. The moment we had the property viewings up to the point of receiving the keys and beyond that point they were always professional. I want to thank Gill especially for all the help she has given us from day one! We were struggling to find a good property and at such short notice as we had a bad experience with a potential other letting agency that let us down but we explained our situation to Gill and she acted upon it real quick! The property that we rent now is more that we could have hoped for and we are considering to stay with this agency for a good few years.
