GoogleThe problem in my flat remained a problem with no resolution or reply’s to me until the day I left. Paid heavily by the landlord to manage the house yet rather pocketed the money I imagine.

GoogleImpolite over the phone for viewing appointments +another time I had a viewing and called me literally when I was heading there to cancel , they probably think they are the only agency in Edinburgh. Thank god they are not. Avoid!

GoogleIn a letter addressed to me, a wrong name is cited. The letter explains why twice the rent has been drawn, instead only once. The letter further is suggestive of the error being created by me. Outrageous.

GoogleWoeful! Tried to rent a flat, 2 emails, 3 phone calls - nothing ever happened. Would take number and not call back. We will email you (but you don't have my email - oh yeah) no email ever arrived. Mindboggling. Imagine you had a mortgage to pay on your BTL, and someone is trying to rent from you - these utter jokers just ignore, and actively anti-rent. Please if you need any property services, I have a pet rock, use it instead, and avoid at all cost. ** Edit ** when responding to this review - of which they were pretty fast, they could not even get my name right, not sure who Andrew was/is probably another 'customer'NegativeResponsiveness
