GoogleTerrible service, don't even deserve one star, I haven't had no hot water for over two weeks, with three young children it's really difficult, now yesterday the main switch for the stove (where I could warm water to bath in) stopped working, I have no hot water and no stove to even cook a meal for my children, I was told that I have to wait another two days for someone to come out and look at it, what service is this!!!come out

GoogleFriend got stuck in the bathroom due a broken lock. Agency were on it straight away and sent out a locksmith for repairs. The following day the locksmith returned for a new lock replacement.

GoogleGot away from work early to view a house turned up with my partner, 3 other people had been standing outside in the cold and dark for half an hour, called to see where they were to be told it was off the market and we should have been emailed can assure you we were not so unprofessional, ignore you half the time when you enquire about properties dodged a bullet by the looks of it, disgrace

GoogleI think D.J Alexander needs to be banned from all websites, adding the same flats everyday for weeks and weeks but never able to book anything is so flippin annoying and it takes away the space for other flats to show up on the first page.

GoogleThe most pathetic experience ever. Unprofessional, unfriendly people. No respect for others time, auto cancel viewings to their whims and fancies. Would never ever recommend to anyone. Have performed lower than my lowest expectations.

GoogleAvoid renting through DJ Alexander if you can help it. We were always wary about using this company as we've heard terrible terrible things. They will try and take your deposit no matter what.
