GoogleShocking service a can't work due to be disabled so my income ain't 36 times the rent or whatever it is a get 900 in housing costs and willing to pay the short fall 6 months in advance but still can't help discrimination comes to.mind

GoogleWent to view a property to buy Estate agent showing us round mentioned damp that wasn’t on the home report casually and with no other information. Emailed the office and they couldn’t even answer basic questions about the property and mentioned other unreported issues. Really dodgy estate agent will avoid any properties listed by them in future. Feel bad for whoever bought that flat

GoogleAtrocious. Had the misfortune of DJ Alexander acquiring Tay Letting and my property being transferred to their management - nothing but issues since. Completely impossible to get any response from anyone by email or phone call. AVOID.

GoogleI recently rented from d.j alexander in edinburgh, worse agent ever rented. I had no hot water and heating for 5 days landlord called saleem siddique, worse person to rent. I didn't get my deposit back all customers he is a very rude and not helpful person don't rent 104 colwood Avenue G53 7XS

GoogleI had a great experience renting a flat with DJ Alexander. Carol Clark has been very friendly, helpful and professional going above and beyond to assist me in the process. Furthermore, Scott Luttrell was great in taking me through the flat and showing me all the facilities and utilities. Due to my experience with them, I would be inclined to rent with DJ Alexander again. Thanks guys.

GoogleMy experience looking to rent a flat with DJ Alexander was extremely positive. Mark who showed us the property was charismatic and helpful, and Christin was extremely prompt in all his communication with us so we never felt out of the loop or stuck. The process for supplying documents was thorough but fairly straightforward.

GoogleOnly giving 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. This letting agency is actively the worst letting agency in Scotland. Their only interest is their own bottom line. I was with DJ Alexander for around 17 months and was astonished at how useless they are when it comes to everything you rely on a letting agency to do. Then when it comes to leaving your property they will make it as difficult as possible for you. And then, as if to rub salt in the wound, will charge you £24 for a landlord reference when you are applying for a new place. Genuinely avoid at all cost.

GoogleI resent giving 1 star but you have to press on a star to get the point of being able to write something. This agency does not operate on the basis of managing and looking after your properties. They will quickly fill your property with the worst type of tenant and take no responsibility when it all fails. They take days to provide feedback, if at all. There is no transparency and when they do engage on your feedback about poor service generally it’s a list of excuses and no action. There is a sprinkling of good people among them who work hard and I have no doubt that the only reason the lights are on. Very very poor. If you are a landlord and need property managed - Stay away at all costs.

GoogleAVOID. Such rude workers and no deposit after almost 3 months. No answers on emails. We keep calling and emailing. Nothing. They did not help us when we had problems with the fridge. Now they do not give our deposit back. Every time we call the workers are on the meetings or something else. Please avoid!! save your mental health and time.
