5 Star Service. I recently viewed a property with Keiran one of the sales consultants at DJ Alexander and had a great experience. Keiran was extremely informative about the property and also offered helpful guidance on the rental side, which was especially valuable to us as investors. Although the property we initially viewed wasn’t the right fit, Keiran took the time to suggest alternative options and even booked us in for another viewing the following day. Really appreciated the knowledgeable and proactive approach, highly recommended!

This is the second time a viewing has failed and they never notified me.. Edit: in response to your reply stating that you don't have me on file. Here's the email you guys sent.. The fact that you don't have me on file further proves that your agency is definitely lacking in professionalism.. Or it just shows a typical attempt to shift the blame to the reviewer which is a common practice for a lot of places.. I would steer clear of you guys with such a horrible experience.. I purchased my flat from DJ Alexander as a first time buyer, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The agents knew everything about the property at the viewing, which I think helped me in my decision, as they appeared trustworthy, and kind. They also were vigilant in their communication with me following the viewing. There was only a few minutes between me enquiring to see the property, and me being booked in via phone call! Could not be happier with the service from Sarah McIntyre and Sara Rankin , they were super efficient and helpful with the sale of our home in Edinburgh New Town. Sarah was friendly and kept in touch throughout all the viewings and advised us extremely well throughout the process, which we needed having been in our flat for 21 years and not having much idea about selling! I had two viewings that went awful. My first viewing the location was hard to reach and we weren't given enough instructions on how to reach so we ended up losing 10 minutes only going in circles around the location. My second viewing time was changed by the company without consideration for my own schedule and I had to go with their new viewing timing. As a result we were barely 5 minutes late for the viewing and when we arrived there was no one at the property. We didn't even receive notice of the agent or landlord leaving or even confirmation from the person doing our viewing. This is blatant disrespectful for your clients' own time and schedule. Furthermore, the agent doing our first viewing was so rude and unhelpful!

Would not recommend, if you have an option to go with someone else I'd strongly urge you to do so.Their communication is extremely poor, we've been in a flat managed by them for almost 3 months and the issues that were highlighted prior to move in and within the first fortnight have still not been resolved. I have had to call them to ask for an update and each time they have said it will be sorted but still waiting. I have dealt with a few letting agents over the years and the others have all dealt with any issues within a week.

They don't appear to want to rent any of the properties they're advertising. We've looked at 8 different properties. The only way to book a viewing is online. Each time you have to filled in 3 pages of information to find out that there is almost no availability to book a viewing. Usually a single 15min window some time in the next 3 weeks. For quite a few of them is no availability, even though the property is apparently available now. If you ring them up they are utterly unhelpful and rudely tell you to use the website. I don't know why anyone would chose to place their property with an agent which makes it incredibly hard to view any of the properties they are advertising.

Left my wallet and keys in flat. Said I had to pay 20 quid to cover flat spares if lost.... didn't have wallet, then wouldnt give me the spares for "security" I suppose of 20 pounds... bit annoying they wouldnt let me in for 20 quid 😂. Waited till flat mate went home which was. Good amount of time. Nobody helpful in that office. "Security reasons" was the reason given, but apparently mo security issues if I had 20 quid... idk seems silly.
