GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with DJ Alexander in Aberdeen while searching for a rental property, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their support throughout the process was outstanding, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well-organized. A special thank you goes to Molly, who was incredibly professional, approachable, and efficient from start to finish. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, kept me updated at every stage, and answered all my questions promptly and clearly. Her friendly manner combined with her professionalism made the entire experience both reassuring and enjoyable.

GoogleProperty leasing company with NO out of hours number and a list of obsolete 'emergency' contractors to contact. Absolutely awful customer support for the tenants who are their bread and butter! I have an electrical fault and have absolutely no way to contact them. Never happened with the local company they just bought. All customer service vanished overnight If your a landlord - stay clear

GoogleThey are really bad, they do never care about the tenant and they fabricate things to take all your deposit. I do not recommend anyone to deal with them.

GoogleI have had a really positive experience with DJ Alexander letting agent.The apartment is beautiful and well furnished, and the staff are always courteous and professional.Any repairs or maintenance are handled promptly.I have felt supported since the beginning of my tenancy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and letting company.

GoogleI had a confirmed viewing with DJ Alexander, arrived at the property on time, and even informed them that I was there. No one answered, and after waiting with no response, I had to leave. What makes this worse is that I was told afterwards that βthe viewings before mine went successfully.β That is irrelevant! mine did not, and that is what mattered. The entire experience was unprofessional and a waste of my time. If an agency cannot handle something as basic as ensuring a prospective tenant can access a scheduled viewing, it raises serious concerns about their reliability.

GoogleAbsolutely useless from day one right until the end. The teams communication makes it impossible to get any issues resolved, I have set aside so much of my own time and effort to get problems resolved and the team may as well have refused β¦

GoogleAfter some difficulties with moving in and landlord's lack of communication, Chloe came to inspect the flat. She was very attentive, took things seriously, and took ownership of issues that are now being fixed.

GoogleUnorganised and Unreliable. My experience with this particular branch during their management of the property was awful. Firstly they charged me and took a holding deposit for the property which is illegal in Scotland. They left me β¦

GoogleFeedback is I'm very desapointed at handeling my cleaning and desposig my very good items....pushing it to ged rid of items and not being there when that happen. I 'm still in questioned if more good items went into rubbish without my knowledge? Not happy and woried at same time.

GoogleSorry to hear about others poor experiences with Dj Alexander. However they have been very helpful with myself, I've been renting a flat for about two months. During that time there has been quite a few issues and they have been dealt with quickly and effectively. I especially want to thank my property manager Dora Alves as she has been exceptionally helpful!

GooglePlease see my recent correspondence with Amy Taylor and Muhammad Munawar: lack of proper cleaning and the start of a flood caused by the cleaners switching off the freezer; lack of proper checks at the end of a tenancy and long list of problems found by the new one; failure to notice missing items, incorrect notification of a problem already rectified (or at least paid for), harassment and failure to respond by the affiliate company regarding AML, etc, etc.

GoogleOriginally Stonehouse lettings. Awful service and tried to take most of my deposit at the end of tenancy for very dubious reasons. I challenged this. Thankfully adjudicator was on my side. Avoid like the plague

GoogleExtremely disappointed with our experience at DJ Alexander. My wife and I are in a very difficult position due to our landlord planning to sell. Since this news weβve had notice to leave/section 11 and weβve just found out weβre expecting our first baby. I reached out multiple times explaining our circumstances and asking for help, but thereβs been no empathy or real support. We applied for a property on Tollbrae Road weeks ago, chased it up several times and eventually got offered a viewing, only for it to be cancelled because it had already been rented. It would have been fair to at least let those already booked view it. On top of that, we had another viewing where the agent turned up 15 minutes late. We understand the market is busy, but the lack of communication, fairness and respect has been really disappointing. We had high hopes DJ Alexander could help us but instead weβve been left feeling ignored at a time we needed support most.
