Spoke to these about putting a property on the market. Straight away they said, we'll pass it over to an auction company. It's the way forward nowadays. Huge mistake & loss for me ! DDM valued it & ended up losing £20,000 ! It was a small 2 bed semi, not a 6 bedroom mansion. Phoned DDM twice to speak to management. First time saying there busy printing brochures, 2nd time, they'll phone you later, still waiting for the call 3 months later. Don't reply, it's not your fault about the sale .it is your fault for putting it up with i am sold, auction co. Without asking me any questions. Be very careful. & be warned

My partner rents from DDM but as she is autistic and adhd I help out a lot with admin for her, whilst everyone in the office is lovely and helpful, i cannot stress enough how absolutely wonderful Gemma is with her. Gemma consistently has always been patient and kind to my partner and always takes extra time to make sure everything is explained properly to her and that my partner feels comfortable and safe. Knowing that she has support from ddm and Gemma, for the times I can't help, makes such a huge difference to both of us, and she has shown up for us consistently for over 2 years now and we are incredibly grateful. We found the team at DDM Grimsby to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable. It didn’t matter which member of the team we called, they all seemed to have an understanding of what we needed, could answer our questions and give us lots of advice and reassurance throughout our sale, as well as supporting us with our forward purchase. It never felt pushy, more a group of people who had our best interests at heart and that really helped when we went through some of the inevitable ups and downs of a house sale. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else thinking of selling up in North East Lincolnshire. From the very beginning I felt able to contact them with any concerns and all the staff I spoke to were friendly and welcoming.
