GoogleWe used DDM to sell our property recently and Katie, Natalie and the team were great from start to finish. They had a Christmas promotion on which meant their pricing was extremely competitive and the friendly valuation service was what swung our decision to use DDM as our estate agents, they seemed to care a lot more then other local estate agents. They kept us updated on all developments and were always available for our questions, nothing was to much trouble. GoogleWe considered three estate agencies and ultimately chose 'In House', Wallingford branch. I cannot recommend them highly enough - their valuations are realistic and their communication throughout the selling process was faultless. Philip and his team are highly professional, supportive and friendly. If I ever sell again, I will not hesitate to use In House again. Unlike many other estate agents, what they say, is what they do.

GooglePhilip and Diane helped sell our house and buy a new one in a neighbouring village. Despite their workload, they were always helpful, professional and good at managing expectations. Philip was out single point of contact and when obstacles arose he was thoughtful and understanding rather than pushy. He has a unique skill in defusing a situation which helped us all complete before Christmas. Would be very happy to do business again with Inhouse!

GoogleI cannot fault the service provided by the InHouse team in Wallingford. Our sale and purchase took many turns along the way but we were delighted with the outcome and they did a great job of finding us buyers and a new home for ourselves! It was particularly great the way they kept us informed of progress and went the extra mile to complete the process.
