GoogleOutstanding service from Dan and Kirstey and the team at Mansons who rented out our student property for us. We have a small portfolio and have been landlords for a number of years and have used a number of different agents over the years. Mansons are by far the best! Dan introduced us to Mansons and explained in detail about the services they offer to landlords. We decided to use their services to find tenants for our student property in Heaton. Kirstey met us at the property to carry out the property valuation and appraisal. During the appraisal, Kirstey gave advice on how to present the property at it's best, explaining what appeals to students. The property was put on the market and the presentation of the property was exceptional. The team at Mansons organised viewings very promptly, always showing respect to our tenants by giving them notice. (We have seen many agents in the past organise viewings without informing our tenants!) Dan informed us about every viewing and gave us any feedback received. Very quickly tenants were found for our property. Dan continued to keep us up to date throughout the whole process, from referencing, to the day the tenants moved in. He explained they use a very thorough vetting process which also ensures checks with previous landlords. ( We have been let down by other agents in the past with regards to their referencing checks) We've also received excellent feedback from our new tenants who have stated they found dealing with Mansons a joy! Well done Dan, Kirstey and the team at Mansons!

GoogleAbsolutely unprofessional agency, they re-arranged a viewing for a flat twice with the excuse they had to move the viewings day and that no one would view it until the last arrangement. They contacted the next day to cancel the viewing appointment as “the flat was rent by another agent”. Better stay away, unreliable and unprofessional.

We understand that the situation with the viewings has caused inconvenience and frustration, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, when dealing with multiple properties owned by the same landlord and coordinating with competing agencies marketing them, there can be occasional challenges in managing the availability of these properties. We strive to communicate promptly and effectively in such situations to ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved. We appreciate your understanding regarding the letting of one property by another agency on Thursday. Although we are not responsible for their actions, we always aim to keep our clients informed about any changes or updates. As for the second property in the same block, it seems that circumstances beyond our control have arisen due to tenant requests to not allow access and the subsequent letting of the property by another agency. We do understand that this may cause frustration, but as a reputable agency, we must adhere to legal obligations and respect tenants' rights. We have instructions from the landlord of these properties not take a deposit prior to a perspective tenant viewing the property in person or via live video viewing. We value your interest in viewing these properties and would like to work with you towards a suitable resolution. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do or if you would like assistance in scheduling viewings at alternative properties. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused by this situation.

GoogleOverall good sevice, they found a buyer before the property had even gone up online. Joe was very helpful, even provided final meter readings once the sale had completed. Only improvement I feel could be worked on is the sales progression, with more regular updates as i did have to call up a few times. but would use them again.
