GoogleThe team were always really helpful. The support with moving in was really good and made the process simple and clear. Very different to my experience with another agency. I would totally recommend anyone rent their property through breckon and breckon, and any tenant is well served by them.

GoogleHighly recommend to avoid such petty agencies who just want to extract as much money from customers as possible. No flexibility, understanding or accountability can be seen here. No responsiveness, the extractor fan, reported promptly, wasn’t fixed in 1 year! Even after leaving the property in exact same condition as was received they charged me, even for things that weren’t even present in the flat to begin with! They provide no service, are extremely rude once you sign the contract and will make moving out the worst experience of your life!

She was always supportive, communicative and willing to rattle a sabre or two with solicitors when needed! I can't rate her and the DDM team at Gainsborough highly enough! GoogleOur house sale and purchaser was far from simple and stress-free but Fiona at DDM Gainsborough, made it easier with her fantastic communcation skills and empathy. Fiona kept in constant communication, and went above and beyond to try and help us over months and months!! Whilst she was away, she passed us over to her Colleague Mollie - who was just as good. Although, it was hard work and extremely stressful, I couldnt recommend them enough. Thankyou!!
