GoogleI have let in Oxford through Breckon and Beckon for several years now. Throughout this time I have been very satisfied indeed with the courteous and efficient way in which they have rendered both the letting and management process. It sems to me that all the staff concerned manage to balance the interests of landlords and tenants in a highly professional and fittingly balanced manner for both parties, explaining all options/ choices/decisions calmly and fully. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to let a property, or indeed seeking to rent one.

GoogleWe experienced extremely poor communication with a very unprofessional and rude attitude from the Barton Branch, I certainly wouldn't use them again!

In particular Mollie who dealt with my purchase, she could not have done any more to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Liberty when moving into our rented property. Libby knew my boyfriend and I were hoping to move out of our parents’ homes and find a place together, and she found the perfect house for us - great location and great price. She contacted me directly on a Friday to discuss it and arranged a viewing for the following Tuesday. The property hadn’t yet been listed, as the previous tenant hadn’t moved out, so no one else had seen it. Because competition for rental properties in Brigg is outrageous, I was worried it might go online before we had a chance to speak with the landlord. But Libby called the landlord immediately after our viewing, and within an hour we’d been accepted! She made the whole experience completely hassle-free, and I’m so grateful for her help. Without her, we would probably still be living with our parents. We were then passed to the lettings department, who completed all the verification checks, and we moved in the following Friday. The entire process took just two weeks, which is incredible given the current rental climate. DDM made everything stress-free and seamless so I would highly recommend!

GoogleI can’t thank Shauna and the team at DDM Residential enough for making the whole selling process so painless; honestly, I expected a lot more stress and a lot more paperwork to be lost in the post! From day one, Shauna was not only super professional but also genuinely lovely to deal with. She made sure my property was marketed perfectly (no awkward angles or weird lighting!), and I always knew what was going on, thanks to her regular updates after every viewing. Even when it came to the dreaded conveyancing, Shauna made sure everything ticked along smoothly, no stress, no delays, just a lot of phone calls and emails flying around behind the scenes. If you’re looking to sell without pulling your hair out, I couldn’t recommend DDM Residential more. They really made the whole thing feel almost... enjoyable!

GoogleI asked advice from a friend who still lived in the area regarding which estate agent to use for the sale of a property that had been in our family for sixty years. I had heard anecdotes of friends and acquaintances having had a good experience with DDM, so I opted for them. I'd have to say that the experience was excellent from start to finish. Craig was knowledgeable and on point regarding the market, what price to pitch the property at, and general advice regarding selling. The presentation of the property was excellent with drone shots, photos of each room that did justice to the place; and lastly, but not leastly, there were several appointments for viewings and reviewing. We obtained the sale at the price we wanted within a short period of time. The sale of this property was a huge emotional wrench,given its history, so placing in in the right hands was very important. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.
