GoogleOverall, a pretty seamless experience from initial meet to finding tenants. They were honest and upfront about the costs and process. So far since finding a tenant there have been no issues and everything has gone smoothly. No complains from me!

GoogleHaving had our 4 bed detached on the market for over 6 months with only time wasters viewing we thought 'lets try another agent'. We talked to quite a few who trotted out the usual 'reduce the price'. People had told us not to bother with DDM but what's to lose and let's see for ourselves. Wham, Bam fab-U-lus. The MD came round, loved the house/location and 48 hours later it was sold. There was a long chain with the buyer but the DDM team were on it, chasing, pushing and keeping us posted almost on a daily basis. The sales adviser looking after us was Mollie - to say she was brilliant doesn't do her justice. Outstanding young lady. Would we recommend DDM--- Yeah, I guess so.😁😁

GoogleThe service provided from start to finish as being excellent. From putting my parents house up for sale to sorting rental property out for myself knowing that I wanted to stay in Winterton where I have lived for a lot of my life. Their advise on the sale of the property as been second to none and the way they have dealt with the situation as been very professional. GoogleWe used DDM when we moved to Grimsby 2 and a half years ago. Manager Doug Webster was the main contact at that time. We decided to use DDM again to move away. Doug was again the main contact. Doug was extremely kind, professional, supportive and helpful. In our opinion he went above and beyond to help the sale complete. He was emailing solicitors regularly to get and keep things moving throughout what appeared to be a complex situation at the bottom of the chain. He kept us up to date at all times via email or phone. We met some of his team who were also extremely helpful. Not surprising with the influence of a manager like Doug. GoogleExcellent service again from Doug and his team at DDM Grimsby. I would not contemplate using any other agent than DDM as they have always come through for me and always in good time. I was particularly impressed with Lee and Lexi, the sales executives who were always bright and professional. A big thank you to Lexi, who handled my house sale brilliantly and moreover when I was unsure which buyer to back - I put my faith in Lexi’s decisive advice, she has good instincts and she was right. GoogleOur experience with this agency was extremely disappointing and stressful. We met the stated income requirements, provided all requested documents, including payslips, bank statements, and an NHS contract, and paid a holding deposit in good faith. Despite this, our application was later declined due to their internal referencing system and affordability criteria. We were particularly concerned that my wife’s verified income was disregarded simply because she was on maternity leave, which felt unfair and discriminatory. We were also told that my zero-hour contract meant our income could not be verified, even though full evidence was provided. To make matters worse, the agency refused to refund our holding deposit, despite their own agreement stating that a refund is due when references are insufficient but information is accurate. This caused us significant financial loss and emotional distress, especially as we have a newborn baby and were relying on this move. Communication was poor, and our concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I would advise others to be very cautious before paying a holding deposit to this agency and to ensure you fully understand how your application will be assessed.
