GoogleWhat an absolute pleasure to work with db roberts, a quite stressful experience was made much easier by the friendly and hard working staff at db roberts. I would highly recommend as they always kept us well informed, they were supportive and they answered our questions quickly.

GoogleOur property was rented out through DB Roberts Oakengates branch in Telford, during the past 7 years we have had no issues the staff have always kept us informed and up to date and always there to answer any questions Lisa Edwards in particular has been really good and patient and kept professional at all times. We decided to sell the property now but if we have house to rent again we would not hesitate to do the same..

GoogleAbsolutely useless. Don't waste your time with them they clearly don't care about anything. Polite and friendly in person and then don't answer emails or phone calls. I was told I'd be called back once someone was available and still haven't received that call. Very unprofessional. Don't be fooled by the smiling faces.

GoogleSaturday 2/11, I waited 35min for the agent to come for the visit, the email confirmation and texts clearly stated the time... No excuses from them... Unprofessional.
