DB Roberts & Partners is the first agency to provide an application for tenants where complaints about the property can be made, and with 100% involvement of agencies that do everything possible to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible. GoogleWorst experience with them ever. Even when I was in buying process I had to chase them for every single thing. Poor customer service ever if I call them tell them something next colleague will tell me they don’t know when I called before there was only one girl who was actually good rest all the staff Josh and Sam no one helped me spoke about one issue I am having to ask about gas and electricity provider as nobody told me to ask this from a solicitor they just kept on lying they will call me back after a few minutes. Even before they did the same with all the process. It’s still such a headache to get a hold of them I thought they might help at least to call the previous owner uf not could just tell straight away they can’t help but they kept on lying they will call me back with information. Such a bad experience can’t explain in my words anymore. Don’t bother with them ever.
