GoogleI have worked with DB Roberts Lettings for many years. They have always displayed unmatched professionalism and taken a proactive approach to managing my tenancy, helping me immensely to stay on top of any letting issues that have arisen. I have been particularly impressed with both Lisa Edwards and Nicole Stiller. They never wait for a problem to escalate; whether it’s providing detailed property reports, mediating tenant issues, or navigating complex maintenance, their communication is meticulous. Any delay in rent is addressed immediately, and payments are always processed very quickly. They have a remarkable ability to manage contractors and resolve issues efficiently. I truly feel that they have proven time and again to have my best interests at heart. My rental property is in safe hands, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI really want to thank DB Roberts especially the staffs in Oakengates,they have been so wonderful and respectful since we moved into our home. Thank you specifically to Bethany,Alison and the rest of the staffs in Oakengates, it has really been an awesome journey with you all. I recently had Allison on an inspection and it's always lovely to have her around and she interacts so well with my children. Thank you Allison for all your help thus far and also to Nicole, your visit last year was incredible as well. Bless you both xxx

GoogleIn any of the interactions I always had a great experience. I was kept updated on each step. Received emails confirming if a process was completed. All my requests or adjustments dealt with promptly. Megan, Nicole and Bethany have all been outstanding in communication, efficiency and kindness. Thank you. I appreciate it beyond I can express.

GoogleLisa, Bethany, Tia, Nicole and (more recently) Donna have always been polite and pleasant in their work, in my experience. they work hard to provide an efficient service. Bethany, for example, has been very quick in conveying a recent landlord's certificate to me, and Donna has similarly been quick to convey an inspection report. Lisa and Nicole have done well to navigate a particularly difficult situation last year, whilst Tia has been prompt in finding replacement tenants as required.

GoogleDB Roberts and had a very positive experience. I have recently become the landlord of a property and approached the lettings department to assist me with the management of my property. I was really pleased with the service I have received from them in particular Lisa and Megan who I have been dealing with. Their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail has been outstanding. From initial contact, getting everything in place, advertising, referencing tenants has all been a smooth process. I feel my property is in safe hands and looking forward to working with them going forward.

GoogleI had some issues with the referencing part with a couple of mistakes. Nicole was fantastic! She helped and replied to any issues and raised requests to get the issues sorted. Nicole is an asset to the company and went above and beyond to help me without complaint. I don't know how I would of completed the referencing without her help and input.
