GoogleI first approached DB Roberts to list my flat in early 2024. Due to personal reasons we had to pull out after a couple of weeks. We then went straight back to them to list again over 2 years later. They picked up where we had left off and the property was listed again the same day. They had all of our details on file and ready to go, saving us time and getting our property sold very quickly (under a week!) They kept me updated with every development with courtesy calls, and followed up with emails. The professional and friendly service offered by Dan and Alex and the Stafford team has been brilliant and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience with them and honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly!! Our house sold in under a week, which exceeded all expectations and we genuinely feel this was down to their expertise and guidance. The valuation process was clear and really helpful, giving us confidence from the start. Throughout the entire sale, the team were always approachable, responsive and happy to take our calls whenever we needed advice or reassurance no matter how big or small the query has been. I definitely feel that what could have been a stressful process felt smooth and well-managed thanks to their support. We’re very grateful for everything they did and would happily use them again in the future.

GoogleAmazing service from all of the team at DB Roberts Telford. They sold my house withing 3 days of going on the market. Right from the moment Alan visited to value my house I knew DB Roberts were the estate agents who would provide an excellent sales service and sell my house for the best price.
I went on holiday shortly after listing, having been on long term sick from work and due to go back to work shortly after. I left a key in the office and viewings were carried out whilst I was away with no hassle at all.
Stephanie, Tia and Rhys I dealt with the most and nothing was ever too much hassle, right from the off 5* service throughout.
If you are considering selling your house in Telford / Shropshire I can't recommend DB Roberts enough.
