I first approached DB Roberts to list my flat in early 2024. Due to personal reasons we had to pull out after a couple of weeks. We then went straight back to them to list again over 2 years later. They picked up where we had left off and the property was listed again the same day. They had all of our details on file and ready to go, saving us time and getting our property sold very quickly (under a week!) Right from the moment Alan visited to value my house I knew DB Roberts were the estate agents who would provide an excellent sales service and sell my house for the best price. I went on holiday shortly after listing, having been on long term sick from work and due to go back to work shortly after. I left a key in the office and viewings were carried out whilst I was away with no hassle at all. Stephanie, Tia and Rhys I dealt with the most and nothing was ever too much hassle, right from the off 5* service throughout. Brockenhurst have been excellent from the start. Our initial meeting with Lou gave us confidence in all aspects of their services. The photos and marketing were great and we secured lovely tenants within a couple of weeks.
