GoogleBUYERS BEWARE I was a buyer, I was lied to about the construction type of a property ( turned out to be timber frame once survey was completed). When I brought this issue up I was told that my surveyor was wrong and they had sold the attached house nextdoor and it was not timber frame. This was incorrect and both properties were. I had to send the photo proof from my surveyor to convince them it was timber frame and they tried to pressure me into carrying one with the my purchase. Very unprofessional.

GoogleAfter all initial contact about a house viewing DB Robert’s have been considerate and patient in relation to us finally being able to make an offer on a property after a number of weeks. Mainly dealt with Alex who replied to emails promptly and always had time to take my call and kept us updated along the way. We are only at the start of our house purchase journey but all good so far.

GoogleRebecca has been an absolute superstar in finding me my first house! Totally on the ball, knew exactly what I was looking for and within 2 weeks we had an offer accepted and are ready to go! Always friendly and helped with anything I could possibly ask for. She seems like a genuine bubbly wonderful person!
