GoogleHaiden massively sorted me out with a studio apartment at a reasonable rent in the middle of lockdown. The management team were always helpful and quick to sort out any issues. Would highly recommend.

GoogleJust rude, no other way to describe the lady I spoke with, acted like it was an inconvenience that I had rung to arrange a viewing. Beyond this when trying to find a mutually agreeable date and time for a viewing this was not ok, you must view when they're free and that it is. And what ever you do, don't ask questions, that is not welcome. If you then take this exchange onto email, she will happily partake in sending passive aggressive replies. Just odd when an element of your business is conducting viewings, communication and surely helping to find a property!

GoogleI found a flat to rent through David Andrew last year. The team in Finsbury Park were really great to deal with. I particularly appreciated that they were organised and very clear on the process throughout. Good estate agents are hard to find, so I am happy recommend them and would definitely use them again.

GoogleKasim and his team are fast, professional and have an unbeatable knowledge of the area. I have let my flat with a few agents in the area, but none balance efficiency, quality of service and value as well as they have.

GoogleAbout ten years ago we bought a one bed flat in a block in Archway that we let out; it is managed for us by David Andrew. They have provided sound and solid advice and service throughout. You get what you pay for.

GoogleUnfortunate timings meant I was unable to secure the property I wished at David Andrew - though through no fault of theirs. But I had nothing but professional, knowledgeable and worthwhile dealings with Ryan and Natalie. I would highly recommend using them both for a property search in the area - I'm sure I will at some point in the future.

GoogleOverall positive experience, especially compared to other agencies during the (maybe still ongoing) rush for properties in october - november. Would recommend starting very early though, because it seems they are a bit overwhelmed with the amount of tenants and the reference checks took a bit long, which could be stressful if you have to book specific dates for moving your things. Props to Kiri Partel for doing her best to accompagny us through this process! Would recommend.
