Dandara have looked after my apartment for many years (since 2016) and I’ve been super happy. I bought it as an investment purchase and they’ve looked after it from the get go, finding tenants and then managing the relationship with those tenants going forward. They do a great job looking after me as a landlord as well as keeping the tenants best interests and rights at the heart of what they do. They are honest, fair and efficient.

We have put an ‘early reservation’ down on a plot, so far we have found the viewing processing, plot selection and the professionalism of the sales staff (Bradley in particular). So far so good!The show homes are beautifully dressed and those that we have seen are all well built. The development is well laid out and the timescales for delivery seem to be sensible.

My apartment was lovely; privately owned with rental managed by Dandara who were very responsive and helpful. Everything was in good condition. When there was anything that needed servicing they arranged repair or replacement promptly with the owner. I had a trouble and stress free residence. I only left because of relocation. Our current involvement with Dandara has been exceptional. They have consistently been proactive and making the process to date massively positive. We found our dream area in Leicestershire years ago but never imagined the village would have the addition of a new site like the one currently being developed and built by Dandara. We were overjoyed. This small site remains sympathetic to the beautiful village and a great addition to the area. Dandara just look after you. You feel that they care. We have been brilliantly looked after by the sales team at Wymeswold. Bradley has been fantastic. His customer care and attention to detail in guiding us to the right property for us has been outstanding. This will be our first property move in over 30 years. In terms of the house build we are satisfied just.. .. However the surrounding areas of the estate have been left and uncompleted at the Buntingford keepers chase Estate. We have a park that is unsafe for children to use. When I mean park I actually mean a pile of mud that they have plunked a slide on top of.Other areas that have just not been completed around the estate not to mention the front of the estate where they have grassed half the entrance and left the rest as weeds. Many things were promised such as noise barriers which was part of the planning application but yet they have somehow managed to wangle their way out of that too.Whenever you try to call customer service it's oh I will look into that and nothing never gets done. Quite frankly regretting the decision to move into a dandara property if my children can't even play safely outside the front of their house.

Thank you for your review. We value all feedback but are sorry to hear that you're not happy with the surrounding areas. The public area (LAP, local area of play) was implemented in line with the approved planning drawings and signed off post installation by a third party accredited company. The external areas on phase one are maintained by Premier Estates, however a number of areas could not be completed until the compound area had been vacated. Now that they have vacated we are liaising with the groundworker to schedule in the completion of all outstanding on site works with a view to start works in the Spring.We remain committed to delivering and installing the acoustic fencing as soon as agreement can be reached with Hertfordshire Highways in terms of the position and specification of fencing that they will accept, this is due to the fact that fencing is to be erected on highway land and as such cannot be completed without highways consent. Monthly meetings are scheduled with highways to encourage them to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
