'The Willows', Willington - Dandara Homes

At the time of writing, 'The Willows' development is at its very early first release stage, selling off-plan.We reached out to the sales team to gain further details and, despite not yet having our property on the market, received a very positive response from Yasmine who provided all the information we sought and afforded us the time needed to discuss the situation thoroughly.Subsequently we have spoken to Katie, tailoring the conversations to a specific plot and delving further into detail. Again very constructive conversations, with Katie taking the time to gain full understanding of our situation and what we need from a new property; positively acting on feedback from a buyers point of view and giving full transparency to the process of a potential house buy - instilling full confidence. Both Yasmine and Katie are very professional and proactive in their approach and attitudes - indeed assets to their company. If we are in a position to reserve a plot in the near future and a deal can be done, I believe it will be a positive and exciting process. Many thanks for all the assistance received so far and looking forward to potentially finding our future forever home!

We visited fontwell

We visited fontwell, Arundel back in April/may this year, we fell in love with a property there, but sadly had no offers on ours, Ash was amazing, still staying in contact with us to see every few weeks how we were getting on with selling our property, keeping our hopes up, by telling us the property we loved was still avaliable etc....We finally recieved an offer this week 'August' on our property & contacted Ash straight away, Ash was so helpful & professional & so easy to talk too, his warm, friendly personality is an absolute credit to your company! The other lady in same office suite- Jo, is also a lovely warm, friendly & professional credit to your company & appear to work amazingly as a team together.Thank you Ash & Jo, for helping us make our dream home become a reality! 😊Would recommend you both to anyone looking for a beautiful home.🙏

My experience with Dandara has been good so far. I booked my 30% discounted property with them as a first time buyer. It’s just they couldn’t provide any freebies as its a discounted property. Apart from that Mandy was very patient enough to answer all my questions and really appreciate her help. Looking forward to proceed to the next steps and finally getting my keys. Will do an update review after I moved in.

Dandara Saxons review

Dandara Saxon's site were amazing from the beginning. Jo and Kelly were welcoming from the go, we looked at a handful of sites in the area but didn't get the same connection as we did with the team at Saxons. They were always on hand for any of my questions and kept us updated throughout. The development is fantastic and doesn't feel over crowded which is ideal. I would recommend viewing this site and speaking to Jo and Kelly to anyone.

Joe, Hawkhurst (Kent) 5 stars

We were helped by a very knowledgable and enthusiastic sales agent, Joe, who dealt with our multiple queries and showed us around, well past closing time. A credit to the organisation.

The Meadows

Saturday 3rd August we visited The Meadows new builds in Wymeswold where we had an appointment with their office manager Bradley, who was so amazing. He was a mindful of information about each and every beautiful house that's being built by Dandara.Bradley was so patient and courteous with all the many and perhaps ridiculous questions we asked of him, nothing was too much trouble, even though other clients were arriving whilst we were outstaying our welcome. Thank you so much Bradley and we wish you all the best of luck.

We went to view some houses on the Saxon Park how amazing they were. But what stood out for me was the staff. Her name was Jo, forgotten her surname. Her knowledge on the different properties was fantastic. She was very polite, understanding and no question was silly.
