GoogleMassive thank you to Ffion and the team at Dafydd Hardy (Caernarfon) for helping us secure our new home. From the initial viewing right through to completion, they were honest, approachable, and proactive. They made the whole transaction effortless, and felt like they had a personalised approach. Diolch mawr

GoogleThe staff at the Llangefni office have been extremely efficient and effective throughout the selling process. They have an excellent manner when communicating with both the seller and potential buyers, and the enthusiasm and commitment they show towards their clients is most apparent. We particularly appreciated that staff are encouraged to visit the seller’s property. This is so beneficial, as they are then able to convey their own appreciation and understanding of the property to potential buyers. That personal connection helps to build a strong rapport and, ultimately, a very effective relationship from which to conduct business. Enormous praise must go to Mike, who went above and beyond in his efforts to achieve a sale for us. We will always be grateful for all the work, persistence and care he put in to getting the transaction over the line. I’d also like to highlight Mike’s support and kindness throughout what has been a particularly stressful time. His ability to mediate, communicate and bring calm to difficult situations is second to none, and has been a real asset to the Dafydd Hardy team. His professionalism, empathy and people skills are truly exceptional and deserve particular recognition. Diolch o galon i bawb. ❤️

GoogleSophie and the whole team at the Caernarfon branch have been fantastic from start to finish with the selling of our property in N.Wales. They where brilliant when we needed answers from the buyers and there solicitors and saw the whole progress though so the time line for exchange and completion was met. I would highly recommended Sophie and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell in N.Wales.

GoogleVery unpleasant staff, generally just rude and intrusive - having dealt with as a tenant.

GoogleExcellent service throughout, produced more viewings in a month than the other agents we used produced in two years! Sophie and the team at Caernarfon kept us informed throughout the process and dealt with any queries we had quickly and efficiently.

GoogleCan't fault the service by Dafydd Hardy, Llangefni as we sold my late dad's house. Efficient, polite, friendly. Did everything that was expected of them.

TrustpilotToday we completed .. Poor customer service
Today we completed on the purchase of our new home through Daffyd Hardy. The service received through this agency I have to say as been below substandard. Since our offer in June including the acceptance of our offer we have received a total of 5 emails and that was including the email today to tell me that our completion has now taken place. No phone calls nothing. Very unprofessional service to say the least. I would have at least expected a call to telle that my purchase had now completed and to thank me. But no just a standard Email. I would not recommend this agency.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish .... we felt completely confident in their handling of the sale. The marketing of the property was spot on, with impressive photographs. We were kept updated throughout by the friendly staff, and thank Ryan especially for his help in securing a quick completion.

GoogleColwyn bay office. From the moment I contacted the team,, the service provided has been exemplary. Ryan was brilliant. The response was speedy, appointment made within a week, he was so professional, knowledgeable and made everything clear and simple. I felt my house sale was important. Communication has been exceptional. Ceri came to take photos, she was brilliant.Emily and sienna also great communicators. I’m sorry I haven’t named everyone, but all the team, everyone is has made this journey so much easier. I cannot recommend Dafydd Hardy enough. I changed estate agents, I went from feeling despondent, receiving really poor information and advice, and dreadful communication, to within 2 weeks with Ryan and team, an offer on my home. I will always recommend Dafydd Hardy.

GoogleA special thank you to Ffion, who we have been mainly dealing with … however the whole team has been involved too .. Amy and myself cannot be more grateful. I can’t recommend Daffy Hardy Estate Agents highly enough. From the very beginning, they have been absolutely brilliant. They are professional, friendly, approachable and, most importantly, genuinely care about their clients. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and they keep you informed throughout the whole process. Their communication has been excellent, and it’s been such a refreshing experience dealing with people who actually listen and do what they say they will do. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work, support and professionalism. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daffy Hardy to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleFantastic team at the Caernarfon office, particularly Ffion, kept us informed at every stage of the process and helped to make a difficult and sometimes stressful process a lot smoother all the way to completion. Thanks guys!

GoogleI changed estate agents to Dafydd Hardy after being really disappointed with a different estate agent. The service has been like night and day. From Ryan’s first visit, everything was explained clearly, Ceri came to take photos, both were so friendly, I felt like my property mattered. Everyone I spoke with in the office, every member of the team were knowledgeable, supportive and advised me as much as they could. I phoned them a lot! I would 100% recommend Dafydd Hardy!

GoogleMy experience with Dafydd Hardy and particularly my estate agent - Ela Jones was really positive. I felt Ela and the team were amazing at reassuring me and looking into things when needed. I felt that I was always kept in the loop and communicated with and I know that they did everything they could to sort things when they went a bit haywire (not due to the estate agents). Despite me calling and emailing multiple times a week, Ela and the team remained patient, friendly and polite with me which helped to ease my concerns. I could not recommend the estate agents more and particularly Ela!

GoogleExcellent service from the whole team. Main contact, Ela Jones, communicated fully during a long and sometimes complicated sale. Professional, efficient and personable. Whole team are a credit to the company. Highly recommended.
