Every review we hold for the Llangefni, office, from every platform, shown as written. First names only.
★★★★★ 5/5
GoogleThe staff at the Llangefni office have been extremely efficient and effective throughout the selling process. They have an excellent manner when communicating with both the seller and potential buyers, and the enthusiasm and commitment they show towards their clients is most apparent.
We particularly appreciated that staff are encouraged to visit the seller’s property. This is so beneficial, as they are then able to convey their own appreciation and understanding of the property to potential buyers. That personal connection helps to build a strong rapport and, ultimately, a very effective relationship from which to conduct business.
Enormous praise must go to Mike, who went above and beyond in his efforts to achieve a sale for us. We will always be grateful for all the work, persistence and care he put in to getting the transaction over the line.
I’d also like to highlight Mike’s support and kindness throughout what has been a particularly stressful time. His ability to mediate, communicate and bring calm to difficult situations is second to none, and has been a real asset to the Dafydd Hardy team. His professionalism, empathy and people skills are truly exceptional and deserve particular recognition.
Diolch o galon i bawb. ❤️

GoogleThe best estate agents in the area! Realistic valuations, friendly staff and help from marketing to completion. Ella is brilliant, friendly, positive and kept me informed every step of the way. GoogleUnfortunately had a really bad experience with this company and would not recommend them. They were totally unprofessional and rude. Did'nt return calls to myself and our estate agents and solicitor over a property that we had been accepted for, but later backed out due to alot of issues that had been going on for 5 months. We have since found another property and have been dealing with another estate agent that have been a breath of fresh air, so friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble at all.

GoogleI used Dafydd Hardy Estate Agent because of their extensive knowledge of the people and the area. I have to say they have been first class during this sometimes complicated process, they are both friendly and professional and nothing seemd too much trouble. GoogleWe recently tried to purchase a property through Dafydd Hardy in Llangefni, and I have to say that every member of staff we spoke to and who dealt with us were absolutely brilliant. All were extremely personable and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. We did have some difficulty with our survey, and again the renegotiation was done quickly and I was very impressed how it was all handled. We had intended to continue with our purchase, but out of the blue a property that we had already tried to purchase became available to us again.
I would have no doubts about recommending Dafydd Hardy to anyone buying or selling. Their excellent support and customer service is second to none.

GoogleWe are in the process of selling a second property on Anglesey within 2 years, using Dafydd Hardy Estate Agents. They have a thorough knowledge of the needs of their clients - both sellers and buyers. Prompt to reply to queries and all the staff are responsive even though they may not be the main agent dealing with you.
We have been delighted to get to know Jenny Rust in particular, who has guided us through two sales. Knowing that she is on top of things is very reassuring for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending this firm and its staff. They give a personal touch to their client relationships which is rare these days. Thank you all.
