GoogleI recently sold my property through Dafydd Hardy’s Llandudno office, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received.
A special mention must go to Ryan, the branch manager, who has been absolutely exceptional. He truly went above and beyond at every stage to ensure the sale progressed as smoothly as possible. His communication was excellent, he kept me well informed, and he was always on hand to offer guidance and reassurance when needed.
Thanks to Ryan and the team, the entire experience ran far more smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Dafydd Hardy in Llandudno to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, and I would definitely use their services again in the future.

GoogleThank you Williams or supporting and assisting, going well beyond, the difficult sale of our property. Without Williams the sale would have failed on at least 2 occasions, But without Karen (and I am sure others behind the scenes) it would have definately fell through. I know people may think that they had to do it to get paid, but had it fallen through I would have stuck with Williams because of their support and going beyond was exceptional.

Googlemade a generous offer on an 'offers over' property with the caveat it was removed from the market and that I didn't want to enter into a bidding war with other interested parties. The offer was accepted, but the terms clearly not adhered to as 48hrs later I'm informed there's been another offer. I'm well aware nothing is legally binding, and they may well be operating in the best interests of the vendor (or their own %), but it felt very dirty and underhanded.

I’m sorry the outcome left you feeling disappointed, and I completely understand why it could feel upsetting in the moment when you believed your offer meant the property would be yours.
As an agent in UK, we are required by law to pass on every offer we receive to the seller at any stage, even where an offer has been accepted, so we couldn’t withhold a later offer once it came in.
To clarify, we didn’t invite or encourage a bidding situation, the additional offer came from a party who had already viewed previously; we then followed the correct process by reporting it to the owner. The seller ultimately made the final decision on how they wanted to proceed, and we acted strictly in line with their instructions and our legal obligations throughout.
We do genuinely value your interest and would welcome the chance to help you secure another suitable home in the area, while being as clear as possible about the process from the outset.

Said stuff like I was make the vendors kids homeless as I pulled out and were aggressive and intimidating. Chloe was not the most pleasant to deal with and as for the manager. Never dealt with such awful estate agents.

GoogleMy daughter has decided to fly the coop and started her search for "rented accommodation" starting with with Dafydd Hardy.
Having booked to see her 1st property, she was greeted by a representative, and duly ushered into the property.
When my daughter started asking questions ie: how long had the property been empty, what are the rates, is there any possible movement in the monthly rent etc, she was constantly advised that she did not have the answers, as she only dealt with "sales" not rented.
This did not bade well with my daughter and subsequent lack of information forth coming.
Other than to say she was not impressed with the service and why did they send someone out without the knowledge. She will not be going back again. 1st impressions count for a lot and it goes without saying that "people move on quickly after a bad experience" and word of mouth accounts for repeat business.
