From the moment I contacted the team,, the service provided has been exemplary. Ryan was brilliant. The response was speedy, appointment made within a week, he was so professional, knowledgeable and made everything clear and simple. I felt my house sale was important. Communication has been exceptional.
Ceri came to take photos, she was brilliant.Emily and sienna also great communicators. I’m sorry I haven’t named everyone, but all the team, everyone is has made this journey so much easier.
I cannot recommend Dafydd Hardy enough.
I changed estate agents, I went from feeling despondent, receiving really poor information and advice, and dreadful communication, to within 2 weeks with Ryan and team, an offer on my home. I will always recommend Dafydd Hardy.

GoogleRyan led on the sale of our house from start to finish. At different stages of the sale he involved other members of the team, all of whom were exceptional. In particular, we thought Jamie who created the brochure including photos and video did an excellent job. Chloe and Emily were brilliant at showing people round and keeping in touch with us, and Jamie-Lee handled many of the calls about arrangements really well. Ryan’s leadership was outstanding and highly professional. We highly recommend the Colwyn Bay team for both property sale and purchase.

GoogleWe dealt with Ryan and a few members of the team at Colwyn bay branch who were selling the property we were purchasing. We viewed the property several times initially and it was never a problem arranging this with them always obliging and helpful answering our questions etc.
The sale of our own property had a lot of hurdles along the process causing us upmost stress and delays which effected the timescale of our purchase. Luckily Ryan and team did their upmost to keep this ticking along for us with the owner who was getting very awkward and difficult to deal with....... but we got there in the end and felt Ryan went above and beyond to keep our stress levels down!
Buying and selling a property will never be smooth sailing but put your trust in these guys to make your life a lot easier.

GoogleThe staff at rhuddlan office are unprofessional when we go to office to report the fact the boiler is not working there rung police on us been living in the property with mold for 10 months and repairs still not been done leaks in the property and the abuse I've had of staff is disgusting I wouldn't recommend renting a property from them I've got a child with additional needs there not been interested I've tried to contact the owner had no response

GoogleDue to having to put my mums house up for sale, we contacted 2 local agents. Ryan came from Dafydd Hardy to go through the process and do a valuation. We found him to be professional and knowledgeable. By the end of the day, he had sent us a summary report. We decided to go with them. We had a few viewings initially but it was the wrong time to sell, around Christmas. After Xmas, we had several viewing booked in. After one sale that fell through, we quickly had more viewings booked in and sold after the 1st one. Communication is always good, calls, emails and texts to keep you updated. I like the companies values, a young team who are clearly driven. Overall, we have been very happy and would recommend.
