GoogleWe completed the sale of our Flat in under 12 weeks, which was mainly due to the hard work put in by Ryan, who was an invaluable intermediary when the solicitors were dragging their feet. He was unfailingly positive and quickly responsive to questions. We would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Dafydd Hardy, Colwyn Bay.

GoogleThe staff have guided us all the way through this process in an incredibly helpful and friendly manner. Without this guidance the process of selling the house would have been far more difficult. Everyone has been warm, friendly and professional throughout. It has been a pleasure working with them and cannot recommend them highly enough.
