GoogleWe recently used Dafydd Hardy to market my deceased Mother's property.
While this particular journey with Dafydd Hardy has come to an end, to say we were highly impressed would be an understatement and we will be using the same team to market our property!
Our point of contact was Sioned Jones. We consider her to be professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Her genuine and friendly manner meant what at was at times, for me, an emotional journey, smooth and as stress-free as a house sale can be!
On the occasions when we dealt with Sioned's colleagues, they could not of been more helpful!

GoogleWe have been dealing with Dafydd Hardy as buyers, Sue Morris has been exceptional in helping us with everything from start to finish! Communication has been 10/10, any query didn't matter how little it was, Sue answered in depth, or went out of her way to get answers to, as first time buyers we had very little knowledge in how the process worked or what terms and so on meant, and Sue was always on hand to guide us through. House buying is a stressful experience but without Sue and Dafydd Hardy helping us and going above and beyond in doing so, we honestly feel like our House purchase would have fallen through if we weren't doing it through them. Our experience as buyers would definitely make us use Dafydd Hardy if we were ever going to sell! Can not thank Sue enough for her help and making such a stressful thing that little bit less stressful!

Buying our house took a really long time (through absolutely no fault of Dafydd Hardy!) and Aled was always checking in and chasing up things for us. Everyone in the office we spoke to were so lovely and we just cannot thank them enough for all their hard work. We think we have been lucky enough to find our forever home now but if we were ever to put our house up for sale then we would definitely be using Dafydd Hardy in the future. Today we completed on the purchase of our new home through Daffyd Hardy. The service received through this agency I have to say as been below substandard. Since our offer in June including the acceptance of our offer we have received a total of 5 emails and that was including the email today to tell me that our completion has now taken place. No phone calls nothing. Very unprofessional service to say the least. I would have at least expected a call to telle that my purchase had now completed and to thank me. But no just a standard Email. I would not recommend this agency.

The only negative as far as I am concerned was that there were no regular updates between offer accepted and exchange and completion as promised. I had to keep chasing over several months to get an update on progress, which was slightly frustrating.
