Trustpilot5* Summerson Place
We have recently bought a house at Summerson Place in Darlington and we couldn’t be happier! From the first meeting with Carol to the handover with Caroline and the aftercare from Keith & Alan we have absolutely no complaints. The house is lovely and all minor snags have pretty much been sorted immediately and the quality of the build is second to none! Would highly recommend a look at the show homes if you are thinking about moving to a new build!

TrustpilotEccleston Park Development
Cussins are lucky to have Lauren at the Eccleston Park development! We have just reserved our plot but already Lauren has gone above & beyond for us - notably, staying 2 hours past closing to ensure we made the right choice selection on our kitchen/bathrooms. The way she builds trust with customers made it so much easier to commit to the purchase, and we may have not moved so quick had it not been for Lauren! So far so good - hoping the completion & move-in are as seamless as it has been this far.
Hello Mr Young. Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Lauren is amazing and we know we're very lucky to have her as part of the team. We're pleased Lauren has given you excellent service, and assisted with the timeframes for your move. Enjoy your time at Eccleston Park.
