Zoe and Andrew

Zoe has been fantastic at guiding and supporting me through the process of buying my own home. She is very friendly and has offered me the best advice throughout the whole experience. She is on hand to answer any questions I had and would provide quick responses. Andrew has been my site manager and has also been very supportive and friendly. I recently visited Summerson Place in Darlington and had a really good experience, largely thanks to Carol, who was incredibly helpful throughout. From the moment I arrived, the place felt welcoming and well looked after. Carol went out of her way to make sure I had all the information I needed and was happy to answer any questions, no matter how small. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew her stuff, which made the whole visit a lot more relaxed and straightforward. Our dream home

Being local to the area I was extremely interested in the Eccleston Park development in backworth and decided to pop into the sales office to make enquiries. Carol Norman was a star

Carol Norman was a star! Helped us choose all fixtures and fittings, followed up on delivery and generally kept us in the picture every step of our move and settling in. Keith (site manager) was also great, helped us with all of the working of the house and was always there for us when we had a question about heating etc. Also helped us move lots of poor soil and rubble from our garden. Great Customer Service at Debden Falls

We have just moved in to our new Cussins home and the process has been very smooth, largely down to the great customer service provided by Wendy. From our first viewing many months ago Wendy has always been helpful and responsive to our many questions. Taking great care to ensure we had enough time to make our upgrade selections and opportunities to walk the plot before signing on the dotted line. As we lived over eight hours away, Wendy has also been keeping us up-to-date via photos and messages, she is a great asset to Cussins.

We have just purchased a house at Debdon Falls, Rothbury and we are delighted with it. A great house buying experience

It is well known that Cussins build good houses but what has made our experience special was Lauren. She is so warm and welcoming and goes above and beyond what is expected. I have seen a few Show Homes in my time but I have never met anyone like Lauren. She is amazing and a real asset to Cussins. Lauren talked us through the drawings for the house and was very good at explaining all the different ones.

A lovely place to live

We decided to move to Darlington and had looked at a lot of different property types in the area before we visited Summerson Place. We were very impressed by the quality of the builds and the generous outside space. Carol was very friendly, attentive and helpful and we decided to buy. Despite a prolonged sale of our existing home, Carol supported us throughout and kept us posted. When we moved in there were some inevitable snags but these were all fixed by Keith and his team within days. Summerson Place is a lovely place to live with a lot of great amenities within walking distance. We are delighted with our choice and would not hesitate to recommend Cussins and Summerson Place to any prospective buyers.
