Googleabsolutely awful customer service to start with ( before i moved into a property with cps) the flat i have been rented is full of mould, pubes, floor grime, rusty radiators and that’s just a few things. if your a parent do not let your kids rent from these absolute cowboys. cardiff students deserve better and cps homes should be shut down! watch joe lycetts got your back, he exposes cps for the company they really are.

GoogleWorst housing agency. Jenna Thomas is so unhelpful. There’s a general reluctancy for anyone to help, they’re just doing their jobs for money, and money is their top priority. They literally do not care. Do not use this agency

GoogleMy experience with cps started off positive however there has been a turn for the worst. The flat was an absolute mess when going to move our stuff in, turns out they moved someone in without informing us. disgraceful never again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Hi Rosie, We are sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced. Looking into the matter for you, I can see your group agreed to rent five rooms in the property back in December, with the agreement that we’ll advertise the sixth bedroom separately. Unfortunately, as the other tenant is on a separate tenancy agreement to you, then due to data protection reasons we wouldn’t be able to share details about another tenancy, and this includes the move-in date. As we've mentioned in our email correspondence regarding the issues you've brought to our attention, your property was cleaned after the previous tenants left. It is difficult for us, as managing agents, to control the cleanliness of communal areas in a shared property as it is rarely clear who responsibility lies with. For this reason, we do ask that co-habiting tenants enter into regular, open dialogue about items such as cleaning/washing-up rotas, as we find group discussion is always the best way of resolving anything that might currently be or potentially become an issue. Once again, we are sorry to hear about the issues you've reported and we trust the response we've sent to you privately answers your queries, but please let us know if you have any further questions and we'd be happy to look into them for you. GoogleCharlotte on the maintenance team is always cheery and positive and never fails to find a solution to my queries or concerns, personally dealing with issues from start to finish in a timely manner which I appreciate because taking personal responsibility means that my needs or the needs of my tenants are not lost in the system.
