Number 1, make sure you ACTUALLY see the real property and all of the inside. 2, when they say its a house share with "professionals", makes sure you meet these so called "professionals" FIRST! Apparently, their definition of professionals are slobs that never clean. Smell the house of drugs, think its OK to leave crust infested dishes everywhere and slam doors instead of quietly closing them. Oh and never washes their hands after bathroom use. I couldn't recommend this place at all given the false picture they painted. And don't think the LL cares about anymore then rent money. Out ASAP!

Hello, Thanks for leaving a review, though we do dispute it in its entirety. We'd love to know which property you rent/rented from us, so we can verify the claims you have made. Currently, they do not tally with any complaints we have received, and of course we haven't been able to locate you on our database by name. We 100% agree that you should view a property before choosing to rent it. We encourage everybody to do this. If you chose not to, you would have been advised that proceeding based on the photos or video alone was not recommended and entirely at your own risk. We conduct many viewings each day, so there would have been ample opportunity for you to view the property. The second half of your complaint is aimed at the people you allegedly share/shared a property with, rather than CPS Homes. If we have observed or received a complaint about the condition of a property, the matter would have been raised with the contract-holders in question. Though we ultimately cannot dictate how somebody lives, the terms of the written statement of occupation contract stipulate the manner in which the property should be kept, and we can comfortably say that the vast majority of occupants follow this. Where they do not, we will point out the terms of the contract they agreed to and schedule a follow-up inspection(s). This usually results in improvement. If it does not, then it is the landlord's decision what action they would like to take to remedy the issue. Please do get in touch if you require any further input. All the best, The CPS Homes Team.

Excellent service from Rhys and the team - they really know the market. Some handyman repair quotes getting a bit heavy at the moment but overall very happy indeed with the service and expertise.

Most of the staff there were incredibly nice. Amber and Jack specifically handled our concerns very well and we're very informative and helpful. However, we faced rprested issues with who we assume to be the manager - Scot. Scot was very passive aggressive and constantly passed us around new people even though the workers were reluctant to keep being swapped around aswell. Even after discussing our concerns with how we were talked to with Scot, his apology was not genuine and passive aggressive and we almost didn't sign due to his behaviour. The only reason we did sign was due to how lovely Jack and Amber were, who assured us we wouldn't have to deal with Scot's blatant rudeness again.

The company find me tenants every year, as fully managed I don't have to worry about anything and just leave them to it. They keep me updated with all the current and new legislation, my property, rent, tips and advice.

had such an accommodating experience at CPS homes! the people working there definitely made the experience of securing a house a lot less stressful, they helped me and my friends find a good 6 bed house, and even gave us two bottles of Prosecco :) would definitely recommend them for anyone finding a uni house!

We had a viewing recently with a lovely girl named Jessica. After viewing the property she was happy to answer any and all questions myself and boyfriend had. We decided to go through the renting process for the next academic year as we are student and in all honesty it’s been so simple. We finished the process in the space of an hour. We are honestly so happy and can’t wait to move In. Thank you.

Scott came to take photos and video for our house sale . Scott was very professional and friendly and explained everything as he was going along, his ideas and implementation were excellent. Scott was also very understanding and engaging with our dog who is not always a fan of strangers and this made the process much easier for me. Thank you Scott !

Great service and communication

Very clear and swift communication from the get go. Firstly was dealt with by Florence Bailey and then by Rhiannon Hughes. Both were very helpful and always on hand to answer queries and aid in the process of renting the property. I never had any issue with communication or doubts in the paperwork or handling of money because they were both open and clear from the beginning.

Excellent!

I have been using the excellent services of CPS Homes for my rental property for 15 years now and I would not go anywhere else. They arrange and find me a new tenant every time I need my property filled and I can leave everything in their capable hands. In addition they always keep me updated with changes with government legislation. Villy was excellent in sorting the new written Statement of a Converted Periodic Occupation Contract for my existing tenants. I can only praise their service. Thank you CPS homes.
