Upon first encounter with CPS we were quite rudely sent away from the office by Gareth as we were not sure as to whether we would have a group of 5 or 6 tenants. He gave us little to no information, just that he didn't "want to waste his time".We rescheduled for two days later, and were shown around properties with Tom who was faultless - very warm and friendly, was able to answer all our questions about each property, and made it a very fun and enjoyable experience.When we returned to the CPS office and decided we wanted to take a property off.the market, we were all more than surprised by the £105 agency fee , which does nothing to secure the property as ours, it simply takes it off the market. CPS will have taken a total of £630 off a group of 6 tenants just to process the paperwork, and we were not pre-warned anywhere when we asked initial questions before viewing any properties with CPS that this would be involved in the process. Quite ridiculous if you ask me, but I imagine that this is something that can be found happening in many estate agents. Many thanks to Tom who was able to talk us through the entire process, and remain cheery at our incessant question asking.

So far so good. We were shown the apartment by Sian and being as lovely as it is, we decided to take it straight away. We went straight to the office and met a few of the other staff, all super friendly and helpful. Communication since has also been quick and clear. No hassles whatsoever! Looking forward to moving in next week!

They work as "messengers" rather than "Managers"; Staff have little experience or wrong understanding of roles and responsibilities of 'Property Management".Looking after the interest of the owner is certainly not their priority.The same issue is changing hand from one staff to another (whoever is available at work) without continuity in the resolution. etc.

I have to say that I have dealt with a few different letting agents over the past few months and CPS have been the most attentive and great at getting back to the customer. I was never left hanging when I had questions that needed answering. Very good customer service.

Quick and efficient staff and viewings. At times CPS feels rather synthetic, not-so-human you could say, which has benefits and drawbacks when it comes to choosing an estate agent. I would say the only thing halting CPS and it achieving 5 stars is the agency fees. It does seem rather ludicrous that £120 'takes the house off the market's as it was put when it is merely and rather transparently an admin fee.

Just put a deposit down on a flat with CPS. Chelsea was very helpful and friendly at the viewing and has been very prompt at responding to calls and emails. One occasion when Chelsea knew I would be calling and she would be out the office, she left clear instructions with her colleague (sorry can't remember her name but also very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my dealings with CPS and would definitely recommend.

We chose a fully managed option as landlords with CPS. Although we are resigning due to finding tenants quickly the communication was poor and slow if we received any which was frustrating.Seems the company has a high turnover of staff apart from Flo who is quick to respond and responsive when you contact her.
