GoogleCortland is breathe taking . The staffs are super receptive , nice and always eager to help . Layah and laura welcome you with smile that warms the heart , you cant have bad times around them. I am lost in words with this edifice. Don’t think twice , Cortland is the best place to stay

GoogleCortland Broad Street is currently the best place to live in Birmingham. They offer top-notch infrastructure, including a clean reception, sky lounge, and nice rooms. I have a two-bedroom apartment here, and the experience has been superb from the application process to the references, thanks to Christianah and Layah for their assistance.

GoogleStarted my viewing process on a high-high coming here. The staff were super nice and Isabelle who conducted my viewing was just amazing. The building is massive and wonderfully decorated (the aesthetics are so calm, welcoming yet luxurious). Started off viewing the 1 Bedroom flat and was immediately sold on it- wonderful space and amenities, surely I couldn’t have seen any better until I was shown the furnished 2 Bedroom flat and wow!. The communal areas such as the Sky Lounge, Work Areas, Green Area (which is pet friendly) were just so impressive and modern. Isabelle was very friendly and put up with all my random questions and requests haha, the 1 bedroom showroom fridge was stocked up with so many goodies such as drinks, water, crisps, chocolate (attached is the water I got! Unfortunately didn’t take a picture of the fridge). The building seems very communal and friendly oriented. Being located in broad street, I expected it to be noisy, but its particular location eliminates that worry. Might be a bit pricey but walking around and having a feel of the whole building it started to feel worth it for sure! The rooms themselves were well spaced and had different plan layouts based on your preference, there a little details they didn’t miss out on and they count the most.

GoogleThe Cortland team have been excellent in helping with my recent move, everyone has been friendly and gone out of their way to ensure the move was as seamless as possible. The building itself is exceptional and offers great amenity space, including a spacious sky lounge. I would recommend Cortland to young professionals looking to rent in Birmingham!

It’s illegal to not refund the potential tenants holding deposit (£363.46) when your company/management withdrew my application as well as ignoring my guarantors calls/messages/emails. Ugbad Ahmed was extremely rude to me when I confronted them about their unlawful action of cancelling my application!!! I do not recommend this company as they are scammers and money grabbers!!! Not to mention…trying to contact Cortland Cassiobury management office is not straight forward at all.

Terrible customer service, my development is managed by a division of this Group (Anthem Management) where service levels have been non existent. They fail to respond to any requests for maintenance or repairs or provide any information about spend against budgets. Recommend you avoid this company

TrustpilotIn my Cortland Property in Columbus
In my Cortland Property in Columbus, OH there is only one way in and one way out. This issue is the Burgundy 4 door Buick that has been sitting on four flat tires for the last month. It's such an eyesore and management has done nothing about it. There was a time when management would ticket cars that hadn't been moved/expired tags/ etc. Now they don't seem to care, especially since they don't live onsite. Its a disgrace and embarrassment to the community.

GoogleBefore you even think about moving in here you should come check out their Watford building & see the shambles that it is & how rubbish the management is...these guys will not give two hoots about residents & we're supposed to be the flagship...be prepared for dodgy references, sudden changes in specs & terms & conditions, incredibly poor aftercare, fake American platitudes with zero customer service...just check out the Cortland Cassiobury reviews from us real residents.

The company does not communicate whatsoever, as we had already made an offer on a 'Immediately available' flat and were reassured we will be contacted regarding our very appealing offer. However, no correspondence has followed and they don't even respond to phone calls or emails. Complete waste of time :/
