GoogleI came here as a first time buyer and wasn’t sure what I was doing, however I met Tony harper he was so helpful and explained everything to me in complete detail and if I had any questions he had all the answers, nothing was to much for him and he didn’t complain or make me feel like I was asking to much, he was so attentive and understood exactly what I was after, he guided me throughout the whole process. Tony made sure all the paperwork was handled which helped me so much with this whole process as it was stress-free and so smooth sailing. He was so approachable and easygoing I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to go through this process with so thank you very much Tony I will be recommending you to all my friends and family. 5 stars throughout from me!

Tony harper helped me look at all the best options and made me feel very comfortable with what I did and didn’t want, I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all without problem, he was very approachable and gave off a very friendly energy which made the process feel very smooth and easy going, I will be recommending Tony to everyone that asks

We swapped our old estate agent for Colubrid and they made good on their promises of better photos, better description of the property, viewings with people actually interested in the property. All staff were really helpful and responded to emails and phone calls promptly, especially Luke, Lisa and Rob. I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of selling in Thurrock.

Avoid this agency at all costs. Colubrid tried to sell us a property without revealing that the tenant was refusing to leave and that eviction proceedings were already under way. They only disclosed this crucial information after we had already spent thousands of pounds on fees. They attempted to put us in a position where we would have no choice but to proceed with the purchase. Their rudeness, lack of transparency, and unprofessional conduct caused us significant stress, wasted time, and financial loss.

GooglePerfect service. - Highly recommended. I booked 3 different estate agents for valuations to be done on Wednesday. Colubrid was the only one who contacted me on the day to confirm and check everything was still ok for the appointment. Andrew one of the owner directors came to do the valuation. Andrew gave us more information about the whole process than the other 2 estate agents had. Andrew gave us his valuation and showed us lots of examples of what was on the market and what had sold in our area, again the other estate agents hadn't done that. We agreed with the valuation and signed up with Colubrid there and then. On the Friday afternoon Andrew came back to measure up and take the photos, lots of photos. He said it should be online early next week. On the Tuesday morning I received via email the brochure for the property and it was now online. Through Tuesday I was getting calls from Colubrid confirming viewings. By late Tuesday there were 9 viewings booked and one viewing had already taken place. On the Wednesday morning I accepted an offer for the full asking price WOW. Thank you Andrew and the team for an outstanding service.

From the very first phone call with Andrew to the moment he walked through my door to value my home, the level of kindness, professionalism, and reassurance I received was exceptional. Andrew instantly put my mind at ease, taking the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answer every question I had, no matter how small. He was immaculately presented, incredibly polite, and showed such respect while looking around my home. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Bradley, who was equally fantastic. He took me to view another property and went above and beyond, even staying on the phone to guide me when I got a little lost on the way there! His patience and support made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and calm. In addition, I worked with Colubrid’s broker, who was an absolute delight. She walked me through all the financial aspects, offering me clear options so I wouldn’t end up stuck on a variable rate tariff while selling my home. I wouldn’t recommend this estate agent to anyone. The service throughout was incredibly poor and unprofessional. I was laughed at by a member of staff when I asked for a simple update, and on another occasion was told, “you don’t pay our bills”, a shocking response from a company supposed to support you through a major life event. Communication was consistently lacking, leaving us in the dark for long periods during an already stressful process. After a long and painful experience, we did finally complete, but it was not thanks to their support. This agency seriously needs to re-evaluate its approach to customer service and invest in proper training for its staff. Buyers and sellers deserve better.

The offers/ negotiations are in the very capable hands of Josh. I would like to thank and commend Josh for his hard work and dedication in achieving all my goals for my property sale. Josh really understood the complexity of the chain and situation and he had my needs at the forefront at all times. Lisa and Rob in Sales Progression I also can't commend enough making things run really smoothly right to the moving in date. I'm really extremely impressed with the service I have received ,this time round, again and cannot recommend enough!
