GoogleLiving here for over than a year now, the place is clean and nice. Helpful receptionists, well-maintained facilities, most importantly, perfect location for me where is close to both city centre and campus.

GoogleIt's a nice building to live in and is kept clean which is really important because of the pets. The new team that have taken over from "we are city living" are so much better than the previous landlords. They sorted out our long running rent problems and were really helpful, especially Niamh in the main office. The post system and lots of reminders on the messaging app can be a bit annoying at times, but on the whole it was a nice place to live.

GoogleExcellent service, I rented a studio in Kensington Olympia for two years. Had some issues with a leak when I first moved in but they were able to solve it quite promptly. Hadi, David and the other workers were so friendly and would always help in last-minute emergencies. Always felt safe and knew I could rely on the agency whenever something was wrong. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleOverall the best experience of any rental company. Hadi the Handyman is also excellent too. We rented a small but handy studio near Kensington high street. It did have some issues with damp but we purchased a dehumidifier to deal with it.

GoogleI have rented a flat from city living London. I haven’t got ant issues with them. Sebastian, Julia, Hadi all are very helpful.even if I have any problem about house stuff they sorted it out very quickly. I highly recommend this estate agent. Thanks for everything

GoogleAfter waiting over half a year of living here I was met with bills around £1000 to pay dumped on me. The rent has now been increased too! It’s bad enough it’s almost £900+ for a one bedroom apartment but now I have to pay an extra £500 a year on top? This is just greedy. NOT EVEN BILLS INCLUDED. £25 extra a month to have a pet… and you pay extra to live on higher floors… I thought this place was beginning to be acceptable until you threw this on your tenants. The apartments themselves are nice but the rent itself is ludicrous. How can you increase rent when it is already well above most places! You have security banging around in the bin storage at 3am for about an hour and a gym that hasn’t got all the equipment fixed! The only upside is the flats are nice, the team do events sometimes but should be a bit more I would say and are always polite and nice.
