GoogleTerrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs I am beyond frustrated with the handling of my deposit for the property I rented at Loxley Heights. I moved out in May 2024, and despite more than four months of waiting, countless emails, and phone calls, I still haven’t received my deposit back. Throughout this ordeal, I received nothing but automatic responses stating that no agreement had been reached. The reality is, we couldn’t reach an agreement because they refused to respond to our emails or calls. After months of being ignored, we were forced to reluctantly agree to an incorrect and unfair amount, just to get the process moving. And yet, even after accepting their terms, I still haven’t seen a single penny. To make matters worse, I have all the necessary documents, including photos and inspection reports, showing that the apartment was left spotlessly clean and with no damages. There was no reason to deduct anything in the first place, making their delays and lack of communication even more infuriating. Their behavior is completely unprofessional, and their disregard for tenants is unacceptable. It feels like theft, plain and simple. I know they’ll likely tell me to contact the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, but the law is clear: the deposit should be returned no later than 10 days after an agreement is reached. They’ve ignored this, ignored me, and ignored the law. I strongly advise anyone considering renting from them to look elsewhere. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is outrageous. I will be escalating this matter further and ensuring others know to avoid this company entirely.

GoogleMy experience was a negative one, I felt the customer service was terrible. I booked to view an apartment and when I arrived I was told the apartment had been taken. Why not call me before instead of wasting my time. They didn't care at all, almost as if customer service was not a priority.

GoogleMy experience of living at Loxley Heights has been very positive. The apartments are on the smaller side but having access to the shared facilities makes up for it. The booking system/app is very helpful for when you need to guarantee the use of the shared spaces, although they are mostly free. The building management team is excellent, they look after the building very well, and organise regular social events. Special thanks to Niamh who always goes the extra mile to get to know the building residents, seeks regular feedback and has coordinated some wonderful events!

GoogleI'm proud of being one of the residents of Loxley Heights. Starting from a smooth check in and friendly hospitality from the resident team. Special thanks to Niamh who works so hard to assist me through out my resident period. The entire environment of Loxley Heights was considered as a five stars home. The gym, Sky Lodge, Resident Lodge and other communal area deserve a FIVE Stars rating. In addition, pets are allowed gives ample consideration to resident living with a pet. The frontline staff will act on your behalf to receive parcel no matter from Amazon or from Royal Mail. You don't have to worry about the porch theft. As a whole, you won't disappoint to live here in Loxley Heights.
