GoogleExtremely pleased with how polite and responsive the team is. I have been able to contact Megan and Umar throughout the process of viewings, the contract, moving in and setting everything up. Megan has patiently answered the many questions I had before moving in. Circa has helped me find an apartment that is lovely and meets my needs. I am relieved that I have a point of contact throughout my stay here.

Umar and Shireen have been providing an extremely professional, effective and friendly service as our property managers and we have really appreciated their rapid response and desire to help. From the outset, Megan and her colleagues were also outstanding during the entire letting process. We are very confident that our property is in good hands and I would highly recommend Circa based on our experience.

GoogleIrresponsible and unacceptable. I've been using their property management service for a few years and had no problem until two weeks ago - when my property manager was on vacation. Before my property manager started his leave, he informed me whom I should go to while he was away. While he was on leave, it was the time my old tenant was moving out, and my new tenant was moving in. There was some follow-up work during this period (for example, the arrangement and quotation for an inventory check-in and checkout report). When I asked the Circa team for the arrangement and quotation for the inventory check-in and checkout reports, I was informed that the report would be ready soon, but without informing me in advance of the quote! After I received the inventory checkout report, I wanted to ask Circa team for advice, and I was told that I needed to wait for my property manager to come back to deal with my inquiries! Even more unacceptable is that during this period, I knew that different people had entered my apartment, and I asked the Circa team to check the reason for that - and I got the same reply that I needed to wait for my property manager to return!!

GoogleVery very happy with Circa services. They have the network and professionalism of a large estate agent but the quality of the service of the boutique shop. The whole team Robby, Megan, Bouchra, Deanna… All very personable, responsive and efficient. Being a landlord resident abroad is always difficult and stressful to deal with issues far away but I feel at home and well looked after with Circa Recommended for sure 🙌🏼
