This is my first time using self storage facilities and I found Shoreham Cinch branch very convenient to me and the price is half the price compared to others, staff was very friendly and helpful, the facility is really clean and easy to use I will definitely use them again.
Thank you! Really appreciate the recommendation and your support.

TrustpilotMoving home
Moving home, so went to look at some storage that was closed by. Went in to Cinch Self Storage in the Wisbech branch. Guys in there help with everything from making sure the unit size will be enough to helping with boxes to pack up my house with. Site was all indoors and clean and tidy. Highly recommend

TrustpilotI was amongst the first to take two…
I was amongst the first to take two units at Cinch Self-Storage Shoreham when it was still under construction - Lauren and Jack have been absolutely fabulous with their friendly, efficient professionalism. It is a superb facility. Well built and very secure. Loading-in couldn’t be easier with plenty of easy to handle large and small trolleys. Well lit with toilet facilities. It took a while to find them after doing a thorough check of all the other storage facilities in the area. They came out the best, ticking all the boxes and I was not disappointed.

TrustpilotCannot fault the service - excellent in every way!
Cannot fault the service! Everything was incredibly easy, pleasant and efficient from beginning to end. We needed somewhere to store my daughter's university stuff over the summer holidays. Dawn and Jordan in the Sidcup team were warm, welcoming, professional, friendly and very quick to respond to all queries from initial enquiry through to handing back the unit. It was easy and completely reliable to get in and access the unit out of hours when needed and when it came to us handing back the unit at the end of the summer it was all very simple and straightforward. Would highly recommend.

TrustpilotI had to use the storage company for…
I had to use the storage company for nine months while I was waiting to purchase a property. They were not only very convenient because they were very close to my work but also the good ratings and absolutely brilliant staff service. I highly recommend the storage company. Another reason I also went with them was because it is also very secure and I felt comfortable leaving my belongings there as some of them were very personal to me but I had nowhere for them to go. Go and speak to the staff today and get in contact with them if you wish to use their services are certainly recommend them highly

I have been a customer at cinch in Sidcup for a few years and the customer service there has been one of the main factors of staying. Scott has always gone above and beyond and been so great! It’s such a relief to know that they’re always there to help with any questions and to know your belongings are clean and safe.

GoogleVery disappointed with the service at cinch storage unit in Brentwood we have been renting there for the past three years very happy with John and Mark that worked there for a long time. They are old staff but 7 to 8 months ago a lady called Maddie moved in and has made it miserable for us to be renting. We are now moving out because of Maddie’s actions we had four units in total and we are now in the progress of emptying them because of Maddie’s actions A problem which me and my husband were fixing we explained it to her and she would not let us talk. She did not want us to be using the customer trolleys which as we taught were for all customers but according to Maddie they’re not she came down screaming at me and my husband when we were taking our stuff out of our unit to put in a van she worked very unprofessionally screaming in front of my 12 year-old daughter. To add to the embarrassment was that she started coming out with filthy language in front of my 12-year-old daughter on the way back up to her office she was still screaming and my daughter was petrified because of it absolutely disgusted with how she handled the problem she had with us she would not let us speak. She would not let us tell her how we were sorting things out that it would be no more problem with us taken the stuff into the hall. We were sorting our stuff out filling our van and we were sorting out our unit. She was not here telling of it after over three years. I’ve been renting in the same unit. I am very very disappointed with Maddie. We have friends who are also renting and have now decided to leave. I would not encourage anyone to rent a cinch. She does not stay in the office. She comes down to your unit and makes your life a living hell. Can’t believe that somebody like this can work in an office and still say that she is doing her job when all she don’t was embarrass herself in front of me and my husband and also will never get over what she started saying in front of my little girl, we were very good customers always keeping 4 to 5 big units at one time for our business but she is now the cause of that being given back to since also if you ever have friends are giving up two of their units she was not two weeks in the office when one of her friends who had a catering business who had one of the biggest units on the ground floor and had been there for years packed his stuff and Gave back his unit and moved elsewhere she is a very big problem with a very bad attitude

GoogleTG Ministries are incredibly grateful to Sam and his Team at *Cinch Self Storage* for generously providing our charity with a storage unit free of charge. This has given us a safe and secure place to store essential items for our work supporting people experiencing homelessness. Their kindness, generosity and willingness to support our church’s charitable efforts have made a real difference to our work and the community we serve. It is wonderful to see a local business so genuinely committed to helping others. We cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you to the whole team for your invaluable support. It is a rare occurrence that a Company would go all out to support a charity and want to also be actively involved in helping others in not too nice situations. Hats off to Cinch, Watford #WeValueCinch'sSupport💜 Deborah and Team.
