GoogleAfter just completing my first year at Cinch Letchworth I called in to the office to update my paperwork and had a lovely chat with Mollie and have now signed up for a long term rental on a larger space. The transaction was very simple and have now greatly improved my space. So very glad I called in and thank you Mollie fort making my day

GoogleAn excellent experience. Mollie was fantastic and explained everything clearly. I wish more customer-facing staff were like this. It was quick and easy as well as enjoyable. Taking an interest in your customers and having a conversation is the perfect way to conduct a business transaction!

TrustpilotGreat customer service
I have a small office in the Newmarket self storage and have just returned from a trip away for 3 weeks. Fraser checked on my office and looked after my plants while I was away. Great job all round. Great to have a welcome back too. Thanks. Definitely recommend.

TrustpilotThe staff at the Chippenham Cinch…
The staff at the Chippenham Cinch branch were very friendly and informative, they responded quickly to emails and information requests. The office/branch had lovely a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. When it came to closing the unit again the staff were helpful and informative and quick to respond. Often it is this stage of relationship which can be most difficult to navigate & where you feel unappreciated as a customer. This was definitely not the case with the Chippenham Cinch branch.

TrustpilotExcellent Sorage Facility
I have had a storage locker with Cinch , Bicester for 3 years now, but recently needed a bigger unit. Cinch were most helpful in accommodating this, even though I did look at moving to a different company, who I was not impressed with. Cinch, Leanne, especially was most helpful wirh everything, I feel security is great there and staff are most helpful and welcoming. I would most highly recommend this Storage Company.

TrustpilotThe team goes all the way and beyond
Been a customer of the Chippenham Unit for 2.5 years, and I have never had any troubles. It was easy to sign in and equally to give notice. Always kept informed about accessibility (i.e. special times on Bank Holidays) and the team (Andrew and Paul) have always been very helpful with any queries I had. No longer need the space hence why we are leaving it, but I highly recommend it

Very friendly staff always happy to help and as a small business owner they made my experience so easy and access was the most important thing sometimes I needed to operate outside of office hours and on many occasions Jason, Aaron and Matt made that possible. Super friendly bunch and my equipment was always safe and secure. They always kept my parcels and deliveries safe for me too. If you’re looking for a storage facility don’t hesitate you’ve found everything you need with Cinch, Leighton Buzzard!
