GoogleChurchills have been great . The sale has taken a while because of issues beyond my or their control but the team have been consistently efficient, friendly and professional. Special shout out to Sally who has the patience of a saint. If I were to move again, I would try to go with Churchills again.

GoogleAs a first-time buyer, I cannot recommend the Churchill Estate Agents team in Walthamstow enough. From the very beginning, they were patient, supportive, and understanding of both the financial and emotional journey that comes with buying a home. A special mention must go to Gary, the Branch Manager, as well as the amazing Dovile and Daniel, along with the rest of the team, who all went above and beyond throughout the process. Every phone call was answered, every question dealt with promptly, and the whole team worked seamlessly to ensure everything was followed through. After more than seven months of support, I was finally able to close on my home, and I truly believe it would not have been possible without their dedication. In a very competitive market, Churchill stood out as transparent, honest, and genuinely caring qualities I didn't always find with other estate agents. Thank you again to the entire Walthamstow team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

GoogleI rented and subsequently purchased my flat through Churchill Estates. They are exceptionally well versed in what they do. They have the approachability of a local business but have an excellent digital set up as well, with signing contracts etc a breeze. Communication is always prompt, informative and friendly. Having rented through a few agents and managing agents in London, I can heartily recommend Churchill Estates. Thanks to Pearce who handled the initial rental and to Sally and Andy who handled the sale. I couldn't have asked for better service during what can be stressful processes. And a huge special thanks to Property Manager Olivia who consistently went above and beyond during an extensive maintenance issue, making sure everything was good and handling communication between many parties throughout. Thank you so much Olivia!
