Churchill Estates are absolutely brilliant. Thank you Dean, Jack, Martin especially, as well as the wider team whose names we didn't always get, but always did a fantastic job. Our valuation was filled with top tips about how to present the property for sale. They listened carefully to why we fell in love with the property, and conveyed our experiences to potential buyers. Viewing was very efficient and arranged quickly - back-to-back bookings on a Saturday, which suited us, so we could detach and pop out for a coffee. By the end of the next working day, we had lots of interest and THREE offers. Churchill took care of negotiations perfectly - two phone calls and we had an offer that we were happy with. 'Sold STC' on Rightmove does not mean Churchill have finished their hard work. The team genuinely seems to care. From the moment we accepted our offer, we had the perfect amount of comms with Churchill - proactive chasing of all the relevant parties as needed and regular updates and advice, so we could keep things moving. They always went the extra mile if anything unexpected arose... When we couldn't find a nearby witness for our signatures for various documents, they were more than happy to step in - even offering to print the docs and guiding us on what/where we needed to sign. Right up until completion, we had the very best advice and support - recommendations for removals and cleaning companies, explaining how things usually play out - giving us context, sharing their experience. Churchill buffered us from the unavoidable stresses of selling and we cannot thank them enough.

Maintenance Requests Ignored for Months I reported multiple issues in the flat including a leaking sink and faulty heating and it took months to get even a basic response. I ended up fixing some of the problems myself out of frustration. It’s unacceptable to pay rent and be ignored like this.

Absolutely first class service for the fee, our Larkshall Rd property was in need of a great deal of modernisation which might have put some buyers off, though we were not in a desperate rush to sell, nevertheless Martin Longman and his team pulled out all the stops to get us the sale and price we wanted, not only keeping us informed but chasing agents and solicitors right down the chain and helping our buyers replace a drop out buyer for their own property despite not representing them! Churchills also helped with arranging garden clearance and EPCs. Marketing materials/photos and media placement were very well done. Determination, interest, good business advice, and expert salesmanship were evident throughout and we have been very impressed with their professionalism and delivery throughout. Our only adverse comment was a wonky sale board, soon corrected.
