GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Churchills. The service was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. Sally was in touch regularly as the purchase progressed. Any queries about the property were dealt with quickly, and on completion day we were contacted when the keys were ready to be collected.

GoogleI purchased my new house through Churchill Estates and Sally was the agent who was handling the sale. I cannot recommend her enough. She was very helpful throughout the process and constantly kept me informed with how things were going. I would definitely use this agents again.

GoogleAfter renting for 14 years and dealing with countless estate agents I finally managed to save enough for a deposit.Dealing with Churchill Estates was the best experience I ever had with agency’s.Very knowledgable,nice,polite and understanding of my circumstances around the house buy.I highly recommend Ryan from Churchill South.Don’t underestimate him because he is young.Realy nice guy and very professional.

Google"To whom it may concern, Now that we have completed and moved into ***************** I would like to extend some feedback to you. I would like to thank you and Churchills for making the sale go through as smoothly as possible. Other than when someone at your branch was kind enough to allude to the former owner that we were stalling so we could try and get the house for less money. Something that was entirely grounded on zero facts. We simply wanted what was wrong with it, to be sorted. When I rang I talked to someone who told me they had over 20 years of experience and are there to look after the sellers needs. £XXX,XXX may not be much to you but it is the world to us and we take spending that much very seriously. And as buyers you should have also been looking after our needs as well. Instead when I rang Churchills I was talked down to when in fact the culprit should have simply apologised. Buying a house is stressful enough without external forces stirring things up. The reason I haven't stated any name here is simply this. I do not wish anyone to get into any trouble over this. I would however hope that they reflect on this and take heed." Would I use them to buy through again? Probably not.

She handled our rental efficiently, negotiated a good price and has always been easy to contact ever since, making sure the whole process goes smoothly. After moving in, the management side of the business has looked after us very well, carrying out minor repairs professionally and keeping us well-informed throughout the process. Highly recommended.

GoogleExactly the same has happened to us, they have moved in a really noisy and anti-social family in to a flat in our block, the noise affects the 3 other neighbours with there constant noise from 10 am to gone midnight EVERYDAY....called Churchills really not interested in helping or care for that matter..... had to give one star as you cant go any lower...!!!!! have spoken to the council and Churchills should and could do more but they only give you excuses why they can't help....
